Their service is terrible. Last week I mail a box to Toronto. But today they mail to me. And when I ask them. They told me they can resend it but need me pay again.

I mail a lot of packages in Canada and to the U.S. and this location is hands down my favourite to use. You might have a wait during busier times (4-5 pm weekdays).

The staff are friendly, however line ups can be very long. It seems to be understaffed and more people are needed to work here for the Canada Post in Shoppers on Erb. They currently have different open hours.

I do not want to give one star for this kinda poor service. I send my parcel via express shipping but my parcel is still showing in transit from last 10 days. I don’t know who made label for parcel, it went in loop and when i open ticket for it still there is no progress. PLEASE MENTION THIS THING BEFORE THAT IF YOUR ARE SENDING PARCEL BY EXPRESS SHIPPING IT MEANS IT GOING TO GET MORE TIME THAN NORMAL SHIPPING DAYS. I am really not happy with this kinda service.

Always a delight to visit this location. Staff is friendly and professional.The nearby Sobey’s Canada Post(Columbia St) customer service is just a joke.I’d always visit this location even if it’s a longer driver
