Been to this gym many times this was definitely Kelowna top gym facility, lately they charge top dollar for using dirty old equipment that's already been paid off years and years ago. CEO Asia Lee Snook has been nothing but loudly speaking her attitude out with unnecessary comments and requests when entering the facility few times now.

Great gym, excellent staff. Training with Ben has definitely been a game changer for me. For years I struggled seeing results but after 6 weeks with Ben I've noticed a drastic increase in my overall fitness. I highly recommend Ben if you're looking for a personal trainer!

Biggest gym in Kelowna. If you want a gym that has everything all Under One Roof this is the place to go. Even has kickboxing instructor. Many skilled people in training, excellent classes of all types, wonderful staff, and a real caring and cleanliness about the whole place.

Massive area with lots of amenities. The only downfall is the front desk staff. I'm really unsure why they all need to be stuck up and act like they hate being there. It seems that every time I ask them something or even say hello, I get looked down on. Not much of a hype team, if you ask me. Again, the gym is great, the front staff just gotta work on being more humble.. it's a buzz kill.

Best gym in Kelowna. Clean workout space, multiple squash and tennis courts, friendly/welcoming staff. Two levels of equipment with turf upstairs for all you cross-fit people. Been coming to this gym since 2001 and has always been my go-to. Did I mention the steam room and dry sauna?

I’ve been going to Global for over a year now and I love it! The space is huge with multiple pieces of equipment and the classes are great! They go above and beyond for their clients as well, example being setting up bleacher seating for the squash tournament. Keep it up Global Staff!

Has indoor tennis courtsBut I was unable to get courtsAs they were always booked upWon't cancel contract after moving provinces.Made it sound simple when I joined as I specifically asked since I move often for work.Predatory.
