They take way too long to fill prescriptions. They don’t call you when they are ready. I’ve waited a week and a half for meds. Very unacceptable. If you can, go elsewhere!

Service has diminished over the last two years. A order used to take about 3 days. That has now gone to approximately two weeks.In the past a phone call was made to you to confirm order was ready now there is no follow up. You need to chase them down on your order.This business was very efficient two years ago until one of the owners past it has gone down hill ever since.Time to find another supplier.

This apothecary went above and beyond for me with a hard to find veterinarian prescription. They made the process easy, and communicated effectively.

I am so displeased with this place.. I will never recommend them. I had a compounding prescription to fill for my 3 year old's UTI and I was told around $46"... When it was time to pick up

I called today to speak to a pharmacist regarding an item I needed ordered when it was not in the store yesterday when I went in person. The receptionist would not let me talk to him unless I knew his name. I asked to speak to any pharmacist to order a product for me and she said that was not possible. I told her I would go elsewhere. If the pharmacists are reading this are you aware that customers are being turned away?

Very poor service. It takes way too long, I've been waiting 2 weeks to get a cream made and when I call nobody seems to know what's going on or where my prescription is in the process. They don't call back and keep you on hold for a very long time when you call them, if they even answer the phone.

Extremely disappointed with this business. The customer service is poor to say the least. Some staff are incredibly rude. The communication is non-existent. Understandable with one pharmacist doing compounds that it will take longer but talk to your customers and let them know. I will not be going back. I gave them a try as they are close to home. Had to cancel my prescription after it not being ready after 2 weeks and no sign of it being done anytime soon. I will continue to drive across town to the Medicine Shoppe where they know how to treat their customers.

The pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable. Service is sometimes slow compared to other pharmacies even if the medication isn't compounded. I'm glad they offer compounded medications though. Most pharmacies don't. They often don't get scripts that my Dr faxes through. They seem to have a big problem with this and I always have to call to make sure they received my new script and I often have to ask my Dr to re-send it again even though he assures me his fax went through the first time around. Very frustrating issue that I've never had with any other pharmacy. Faxing is pretty outdated too. There should be a more current and reliable system in place.

The pharmacists were very helpful and understanding. We needed Amoxicillin suppositories for our child with special needs, who would not take any other form of medication. They made it and delivered on the next day. Yes, compounded medication might be pricier, but it does not matter when you need to help your loved ones. Overall we are happy with our experience and would recommend the Apothecary

In addition to being negligent and dishonest about contacting me, they then admitted that they left a message at the wrong number violating my privacy. I do have proof that they had the correct number at some point, though didn't leave a message as claimed. This resulted in a significant delay to receiving my prescription, despite several follow ups on my end, and a visible and painful deterioration of my condition. I will be filing a complaint and informing my regular pharmacy not to refer patients here. Additionally, the receptionist seemed to think all the errors were funny and actually laughed on the phone. She didn't even try to apologize at any point.
