Yogurty's

Tiny place shared with Popeyes dining space.

They take the staff from the froyo to work in the popeyes section. After waiting 15 minutes to be cashed out while our frozen yogurt melted, I went to speak to the staff. Each time they said one moment" but they continued to ignore us. After our yogurt melted we left. Horrible experience."

This Yorgurty's is inside a Popeye's and it is very obvious that little attention is paid to making this location feel distinct from the fast food chain.There are limited flavours, limited toppings and they were out of alot of behind the counter products (cakes) when we went there.The staff was very nice and friendly but this is not an amazing place to visit and I probably will check out the other location instead of returning.

Not sanitary! Everyone has access to touch the bowls that are just stacked. The frozen yogurt tasted off and was gritty. The shredded coconut I asked for was moldy. My husband and I each had one mouthful of our frozen yogurts then threw them away. They were terrible.

The worse Yogurty’s location I’ve been to. It didn’t look that sanitary and well maintained. It’s located in a Popeyes so it doesn’t feel appealing to get where all you smell is fried chicken.There were only four flavours to choose from. The strawberry frozen yogurt was pretty much melting as it came out of the machine. There were minimal toppings to choose from and they didn’t look appealing. So we skipped out on the toppings and just had a small amount of frozen yogurt.Apparently the small cups were a fixed price when we went to pay. The lady charged us the fixed amount for one of the cups and the other by weight. I thought it was overpriced and not charged properly based on the very small amount we got.Next time I’ll go to the actual Yogurty’s location. What a disappointment. McDonald’s ice cream would’ve been cheaper and better to be honest.

The worst yogurtys. They don't keep up their equipment and I'm cover in chocolate sauce on a night out with my family. Never coming back again.

Found inside popeyes chicken. Gotta say I love yogurtys but hate this location. We went in 10 minutes after opening today so you'd expect everything would be out, set up ext. Nope. Staff were just sitting around. There were no medium sized cups. Just child/sample ones and ones the size of salad bowls.The actual yogurt/ice cream was wattery. I had some sort of chocolate waffle topping and it was completely stale and I went to grab brownie pieces and they were rock solid.This location is a lot closer to my house but I will opt to go to Burlington instead. This was awful

Weird combo of Popeyes Chicken and Frozen yogurt but it was still busy. Good selection of flavours!Ayra was super friendly and helpful, overall great experience!

Counter left unattended for 15 - 20 minutes around 8:00pm. Attendant was at Popeyes counter. Asked for help was told they would be over in a few seconds. Waited another few minutes before we got fed up and left.
