Nice to know that Mykidz Pediatrics has a second site near downtown. Same great service that I got with Dr. Sy and the rest of the staff. We also saw Dr. Liapounova and she was very helpful and was able to help my kids with their migraine/headache issues.

Very hard to deal with the receptionist from day 1 we are with them.they are very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to deal with clients.I was put into phone consult with no time specified and they expect me to wait and be with my phone every sec.I understand they are busy and so with us. Receptionist needs a LOT of training. I also work in a workplace like this but we aren’t rude and argue with clients/patients.Not a nice experience. Dr.Sy is nice though..

My children are always well taken care of when they visit Dr. Sy, which is really important for a parent. Moreover, any medical issues we brought up was diagnosed and treated well. I finally found our Family Pediatrician.

Can’t even get reception to call me back so I can make an appointment. I’ve called many times and left messages with my phone number. They are never there and don’t answer messages.
