I had a very scary experience on the 401 going from Ottawa to Toronto on October 17 th with a horrible noise coming from the engine. I called Garrow’s Car Care and they said to come over. I was 10 minutes away and they took my car immediately and checked it all out. The noise was not from the engine, but rather the trim around the window that was unglued. They would not charge me for this. They noticed that my wheel was bulging and they suggested I should change it very soon. I was so impressed with their service and honesty that I asked them to change it.What a difference the car was no longer pulling to the left. I was much relieved when I got back on the highway and got home safe and sound.I would recommend them to anyone. Recently brought my daughters Jaguar to Garrow's... great experience! Excellent service, very knowledgeable and professional! This garage is the most honest place I have been, price is very reasonable.

Diagnosed my issue, ordered part & installed part was fixed in a few days. Went over and above, oil change. Excellent service, reasonable price. Fast & friendly.

Always amazing service and very reasonable prices. I became a loyal fan and customer in 2018 and have been coming here exclusively ever since. I am always given VIP treatment and Tim is the kindest, most sincere service rep anyone could ever wish for. I am so grateful for Tim squeezing me in to fix my flat tire today. I am so pleased with the work they do at Garrow's that I give them my highest recommendation and am very happy to tell everyone that Garrow's are my mechanics!

Was on route to Toronto when the car started rattling in the back. Made an urgent stop to get it checked out without any advance notice. Despite being very busy they had someone take a quick look and they were able to quickly identify the problem as something non urgent allowing us to continue our trip with peace of mind. They were very kind, friendly and refused any form of payment. We owe them coffee the next time we pass by. Thank you!

One of the best Mechanic shops to ever exist! I drive a 30yr old Volvo wagon with no computer for an OBD reader. Everytime I have had a problem (and on a 30yr old car that is often) they identify it promptly and fix it flawlessly! You feel welcomed and valued every time! My old girl runs like a Champ now and I'm driving her across the country in her old age! Thank you so much to Tim, Charlie, Pat, and the rest of the team there at Garrow's! 10/10 would go again!

While on my way to Bowmanville I made a pit stop at “On route Nappanee”. When I got back in the car the engine wouldn’t turn over. Left the car in the parking lot and called “Garrow's Car Care Center”. From there, they had the car towed and diagnosed. A defective starter. On my way back from Bowmanville I purchased a starter and they installed it for me at no charge. It turns out the one I had purchased was for a different model of Mazda. It started the car but with a little grinding noise. I made it home and have since put in a new starter. Oh Yeah almost forgot they installed a new battery under warranty at no charge.It’s always hit or miss when dealing with garages. Garrow's car care center is a hit, better yet a Homerun." Tim is the service manager. The best I've ever met in 50 years of driving. The mechanics here are also excellent. They do great work and do not overcharge or try and pad the bill. I trust them with both my wife's van and my car.

I have lived in Napanee for just over 2 yrs. Garrows is just around the corner.I am disabled and on a fixed income. Tim has always been respectful and very helpful. My last issue took some time to solve the problem, but they solved it! The owner Charlie and his staff are incredible!!
