Great place for watch repairs. I'd go as far to say that this is the BEST place to go to for watch and watch repairs on the South Shore.Mr. Ramnik is a kind man, but more importantly he knows his watches! I really enjoyed our conversation about his experiences traveling the world to attend different watch exhibitions.Fast service, very friendly, and super affordable. I highly recommend Montres Ramnik.

Replaced my watch battery. The owner definitely knows his stuff. He's very knowledgeable about watches. Watches are reasonably priced too. I ended up buying my significant other one after I replaced my watch battery!Update: watch battery stopped working before even a year use, but the owner does guarantee the battery up to a year.

Bought 2 watches a few years ago , One for my mom and one for my dad both watches had issues within the 1st week , returned to the store and he refused to reimburse or exchange 2nd watch he said he would fix it after a week he told me it was ready and nothing was fixed its almost as if it sat in his drawer the whole time . I don't understand how this guy is still in business treating customers this way.

Very good and friendly service. Good price. However, not a full service watchmaker, does not provide full restoration and repair service. Changes batteries and fixes bracelets mostly.
