Dealing with Majid was a positive experience.I was pleased with the skills Majid showed during the entire buying process of our new home. His knowledge of the market and the buying process gave us the confidence to hire him as our agent. Specially for a first time buyer like us , we had many Questions regarding the process. Questions were always answered to perfection with honesty and precision. Majid negotiated a really good deal for us and we ended it up getting a condominium for 20K less than the recent SOLD price. The communication hasn't stopped yet and anytime I have a question, he quickly responds with an answer. Would highly recommend this agency if you are ever looking to buy or sell any property.
