What a great customer service. The Reptizoo glass paludarium I wanted could not be sent by mail due to its size. As I am living far from Markham, Marvin litterally went the extra mile to help me get my paludarium. I really recommend this store!

I had a difficult and fragile order that I needed shipped across country. Items well taken care of and shipped very promptly for a reasonable price. Staff had great contact with me the whole time. When something was wrong with a small part of the item that wasn't in any way their fault, they took care of that for me right away.I will certainly look to them again when I need to make another purchase.

I had a great experience with ordering a large terrarium for my snake. It couldn't be shipped via the website due to the size, but I reached out on Instagram and Marvin replied promptly, manually helped me create an order and found a shipping method that was quick and reasonably priced! Much appreciated! :D

Exceptional customer service! Ordered a kit and received the wrong one, someone from the store actually drove down and replaced it with a better one! Great knowledge and prices as well, will definitely be ordering again.

Great prices, friendly owner! Got a PHK terrarium for my little milk tree frogs. Also grabbed a pack of pangea for my crestie, he absolutely loved it.Seems like they'll be doing retail soon, will definitely drop by. Shout out to Marvin he has been a great help.
