The store has a very poor selection of clothing. You have reduced stock of the silky panties. I would shop there all the time but it just isn't the same.

A definite plus for those of us who need updated styles for curvy bodies. Especially living out of the main shopping areas as I do doesn't deter me from enjoying the shopping experience when I do get the chance to get to Sudbury or Sault See Marie. And shopping online from Pennington's is a huge bonus as well. Pleasant experience all round.

I was just in with my daughter who has autism. And the staff were very nice, helpful, and totally welcoming for us. Made for a nice time of it. My daughter is very shy and doesn't trust people, but they were very easy going and we were very happy with their assistance and considerate treatment. We'll be back again for sure. Highly recommended store. Glad to see such nice and friendly people working there!

When in store the staff is very helpful, online ordering was super easy and they sent everything i would need to send anything back, making it very easy to do returns (i did not return anything but appreciate that as a service i may use in the future). The only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5, is sometimes some of their products are not great quality, most are great qualilty but some definite misses.

Pennington's has gone way downhill with service. I was in the Lasalle location today and I swear no one worked there. The two staff members were not talking to each other and no one offered me assistance. Not only that, but I feel the fashion is more towards 45+. They used to have such cute things... not anymore!I'll never go here again.

Being buying from penningtons alot.. But my latest purchase a month ago they were false advertising appariantly i expected 2 pairs of pants for what i payed n what they were advertising on my end to find only 1 pair in bag and they wont even do anything about it spent 2 months contacting em theyd only reply once every 2 weeks very pathetic company

I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone understood I had to shop with my little ones and didn't frown upon it. The ladies, especially Bridget, were informative and helped with all questions. I will definitely be back to show again. Thanks so much!!

Situation began when I was told there may be more of an item in the back and when I asked for clarification later the older worker there told me there's only two on the shelf so there's none in the back. I work here and I would have stocked it." I politely explained I didn't know that as I didn't work there and was just asking for clarification. The worker then sighed audibly as they walked away as if I was purposefully bothering them. I think they even said something but I didn't hear it.Worried I'd offended this worker I sought to clarify this with the other worker who said "she's not mad at you
