Expérience très positive avec l’entreprise Appareils Ménager Y.T. La semaine dernière j’ai eu un problème avec la machine à laver et il fallait que je la fasse réparer rapidement car je suis proche aidante pour mon mari. Monsieur Yves Tourangeau a été très à l’écoute et est venu rapidement pour la réparation. Comme notre lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait plus depuis quelques temps, j’en ai profité pour le faire réparer en même temps. Monsieur Tourangeau est quelqu’un de très professionnel et très consciencieux avec beaucoup d’expérience. Et ses tarifs sont raisonnables. Les deux appareils fonctionnent maintenant très bien. Je recommande cette entreprise sans hésiter.

Excellent service! Open during the weekend, which is unusual. The technician arrived within 20 minutes, after I called. My washing machine was repaired in less than an hour. Very direct, and polite, he explained what was wrong. It showed he had experience, which I really value in times of programmed obsolesce. Gave me a couple of suggestion to better care for my washing machine. I recommend it, without hesitation.

Had him come over to change a belt on a dryer 240$ took him max 15min to change and looked at another item I had. Charged me another 30$ just to look (took 10seconds) I understand people need to make their $ but his pricing really isn’t honest. Would not recommend!
