Latina was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. She’s very knowledgeable on all products and showed me a variety of options that fit my budget. No pressure! I ended up purchasing a sofa bed to meet my needs.

The service from Vanessa at the Chesterfield shop mid-town was fabulous. We happened upon the store while en route to a competitor's store in the area, and are so glad that we did. We immediately felt comfortable with Vanessa (unlike we felt in the competitor's store). She listened to our needs, gave us some great suggestions, and provided a number of options that were within our budget. Vanessa's level of service and her professionalism are really what sold us.. The couch arrived in less than a week and we couldn't be happier. Quality is great and our first overnight guest who slept on in said it was SO comfortable. Highly recommended.

Today I received the delivery of my new chesterfield and chair from the Chesterfield Shop that I ordered on June 1-23. It arrived three weeks before promised date at the end of July.I wish to thank the Chesterfield Shop team who are caring professionals. Vanessa, the sales person answered all my many questions. The manufacturing team constructed beautiful furniture of quality with the emerald green fabric that looks vibrant. This is the third chesterfield I have ordered from the Chesterfield Shop.The delivery people ,Daniel and Julian called a half hour before delivery at 9 a.m. ,which I truly appreciated. They unwrapped and set up the furniture They were friendly and helpful. The entire Chesterfield Shop team is outstanding and professional.It is a real pleasure to shop here.Thank you,John McNichols

I was looking for a new couch for my basement and given the configuration I have specific size requirements. On the recommendation of a friend I visited the Chesterfield shop at Yonge and Davisville. Vanessa showed us different style, fabric, and price options that fit our specific size. After we decided on our preferred configuration, we were able to bring home fabric swatches to confirm that the couch would fit with our current decor. We benefitted from a sale, and the final price was very reasonable relative to other retailers with similar quality offerings. The couch will be ready in 8 to 10 weeks, which is also much faster than what other retailers had quoted. Thank you to Vanessa for such a helpful experience.

Vanessa, at the 2045 Yonge Street location, was fantastic. Top notch customer service. She was extremely patient and thorough. She made sure I had the right sofa for my room AND budget. She even made sure I had all of the delivery details including an exact price. The delivery people sound as fabulous as you, Vanessa! I would highly recommend this location of The Chesterfield Shop.

Very comfortable couch. Cushions are firm but still very comfortable. I like that I was able to customize it how I wanted and it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of shape and size. The only thing I’m not a fan of is that the cushions are filled with feathers which I did not realize when I purchased it - so often times as it gets worn into there are several feathers poking out. But overall very satisfied. I was happy it was delivered right to my unit, however, the men delivering the couch were not that pleasant and came across as cold/rude but I think that was just a personality/culture difference and they got the job done which is all I cared about. They set up the couch and put it exactly where I wanted it which is very convenient since many places just drop it off still boxed. Purchasing experience was fine; there was an error on the sale price of the couch in store if I had chosen a sofa bed (which I ended up choosing not to get) but I was pleased that the sales representative honoured that price listed had I gone with that option. Price-wise it’s quite expensive, however, given the customization, quality and the comfort of it, it was competitive. I appreciated the sales representative helping me as she was very kind and patient during my multiple trips to the store and helping me choose the fabric, etc. My only issue during the process was how much she tried to push the fabric warranty as I know they won’t cover basic wear down and when I’d inquire about it she said it covered everything but pet damage. However, when I asked to the brochure to be sure, wear down was not actually covered so glad I chose to look myself and I did not go forward with the warranty given previous poor experiences with such warranty of limited coverage. My sense was that she was relatively new to the job/sales so no big deal. Anyway, overall good experience, satisfied with my purchase, relatively pleased with the sales representative, and would recommend.

I forgot that buying a couch is more complicated than you think - fabric, dimensions, cushion firmness, frame structure and quality, and so many to models to choose from. But Vanessa Guerrero was there to navigate me through the whole process. She was awesome - patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and understood what I was looking for. She gave me confidence in my choice and explained all the different options and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend the Chesterfield Shop at Midtown to all and especially Vanessa.

We recently purchased two loveseats and the experience at the mid town Chesterfield Shop was excellent, from our initial visit to the delivery to our home. Vanessa Guerrero, the store manager was very professional and very helpful. She listened to what we said we wanted, she answered all our questions and addressed any concerns that we had. She made us feel that she wanted to ensure that we would be happy with any purchase that we made.
