The service Ian provided and the care and compassion he had towards me and my situation was so heartwarming. I appreciate what you did for my son's family so much. during a difficult time for them you brought a beautiful bit of sunshine their way in the form of a beautiful arrangement. They were perfect!!

I had ordered a specific flower arrangement selected through their website but called directly to ensure my order. To my embarrassment, the arrangement was nothing like what was ordered. (I ordered a bouquet of roses) It looked like an Easter Arrangement not something appropriate to go to a funeral home. They expected me to call them if I was unhappy and they would come get it! Imagine....calling from a funeral home and having someone picking up the incorrect basket during a service!!! Really! They would not reimburse me....they would rather loose a client. If you want good customer service and not be embarrassed, stay away from this florist!!!

I ordered an arrangement online to send to a family member as a sympathy gesture. The picture online showed a gorgeous arrangement and so I decided to upgrade to the premium arrangement. I am so disappointed, it was a lot more greenery than flowers and very few flowers at that. I paid for a premium arrangement but to be honest, it was standard. I live far from this loved one and so I trusted the site to provide something beautiful.

Flowers looked like they were very fake- not fresh cut arrangement I expected at all, especially for the 100$ I paid. I expected a lot better.

Excellent customer service and absolutely beautiful arrangements for your special occasion. I have now used this same florist twice and both times I have been more than satisfied. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

I had high hopes..but were dashed by the really stupid stuff they handed to me. After paying in advance and explaining what was needed, the Lady just bunched a few stems together in a few minutes and handed it to me with water dripping!! She wants to get super rich, really quick! Keep away from this awful place. They ruined our occasion. I think their motto is Bad customer service & Negative customer appreciation.

Westdale Florist blew me away with this incredible arrangement. Ian was the florist that assisted me with my needs of a beautiful bouquet for my sister whom was coming out of the hospital that day. With very little notice, Ian insured that the arrangement would be delivered that day by the time my sister was home from surgery. I have dealt with many florist and florist companies over the years and have never had such great success. Ian took his time to ensure he incorporated every aspect of my vision for the arrangement and he absolutely nailed it. I will absolutely be shopping at Westdale Florist with Ian for my future floral needs. Additionally, I highly encourage anyone seeking a florist to visit Westdale Florist.Sincerely,Claire

Sent an arrangement for a customer from our shop to theirs, the lady I spoke to was incredible cheerful, and helpful, one of the most pleasant exchanges we've had with another shop to date!We will definitely be using them again in the future :)

So I called them asking for Blue roses, unlike all the other shops, they had them.Not only did I get fresh blue roses, I also got a blue-purple and a yellow-orange one with my original order.They flowers are all so fresh and gorgeous.The lady at the store was nice and bright, even at 5:30 pm.Blessed experience. Shopping at a florists has never been better :3Xoxo
