Not sure what everyone here is bellyaching about. The estimated wait times for each location are listed on their website. Check the times, wait for a lull, and then go in. I waited all of 20 minutes.The staff were professional and, while they aren't so friendly that they were inviting me out for coffee, they were to the point and nice enough about it. Not sure if you've noticed over the last two years, but healthcare professionals are being overworked and underappreciated.In short, this location is great if you plan accordingly, and don't expect the red carpet rolled out for you when you show up. It's a medical lab... Not a resort.

If there’s a choice rate no star they deserve that, I’ve been there for many times with using Save My Spot App, but they still let people wait outside for hours. They have a big post about encouraging people using Save My Spot, but today they are even chose to ignore this! I ask the staff, and staff just say they don’t take that!!! Seriously??? Why other lifelabs doing that and doing it well?!

Our visit here to get some blood work done was pretty good. There was almost no waiting to register. Staff was polite, welcoming and professional. Clinic was clean and bright. The nurse taking the blood was also so comforting, which is important because not everyone enjoys giving blood.

This is the worst one I have ever been. The clerk there is very rude to me. I understand this is COVID-19 situation, and I appreciate they are still working, but that cannot be the reason of treating people rudely. I did nothing wrong but go there to do a regular blood test.

Yesterday afternoon, we went to this branch, my family and I, to do the tests. We came back, and only my two-year-old son did that, because my daughter was afraid and no one wanted to understand her and contain her, as Kim did today .yesterday, The staff was uncooperative and lazy. Today morning, my family and I went to do tests. I met Kim. She was the only one who welcomed us with a smiley face. She was very cooperative with my daughter because she was very afraid of the injection. She is really a friendly and helpful person, and she succeeded in her work. I hope the rest of the team will be like her, and I hope Good luck to her.I give highly rate to Kim only.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Always choose this place to have blood drawn.

These folks at this particular lifelab need training on diversity, the staff who served us today made my 9 year old son so uncomfortable and cry, he literally asked if she treated us like that because we were black. She was so sarcastic, blood was gushing out after she drew out blood, took him back to her, so he went on to sit on the chair and all she had to say was he shouldn't sit in the chair because she had cleaned it and wasn't ready to clean it again". Canada is diversity driven and the diversity has come to stay

I am very surprised by its low reviews... this one is far better than the lifelabs at Lansdowne and also the one by Gordon.I have been to this one several times, and they have always been more organized and clean (also less rude) than the ones by Lansdowne/Gordon. It's not as busy in comparison to the other places. Lots of parking by their parking lot. Tip: don't use save my spot. Just make an appointment asap. If they are all booked, keep checking at night + afternoon when people tend to cancel.

the staff there are the worst. I get the whole covid 19 situation but i walked in not knowing i had to stand outside and the lady just started yelling at me telling me to get out and she was being so rude. In the end they refused to take my blood. I cant speak english very well and she took advantage of that. She even laughed at me at one point. This place doesn't even deserve one star
