Javyn Landscaping completed a large project in our backyard for us (deck, 2 patio areas and retaining walls). The quality of materials and craftsmanship are impeccable, and we are beyond pleased with the results. Everything turned out beautiful: the flagstone pattern, the curved stairs off the deck and the paving stone pattern; they all look amazing! And since it was built to last, we are looking forward to years of worry-free enjoyment of our beautiful backyard!

Marlon did great work installing a fence and stone steps/retaining wall.Project looks great, I'm really happy with it. Where the steps were built was difficult to access but it wasn't a problem and now it's so much better and safer.All costs were discussed before hand, and he stuck to.Went above and beyond keeping the site clean.Communicated quickly and clearly. Project came out great.I would have him back without a doubt

5 stars is not enough I wish I could select more. We had a landscaping company come to our home to do work and the quality is just not comparable to Javyn Landscaping. They fixed everything that was done wrong the first time and made our yard just look SO beautiful! They are very professional, friendly, and get the job done perfectly. We have had many compliments from guests and neighbors. You can tell they have the experience and knowledge. Thank you thank you!!!!!

Javyn Landscaping just completed remodelling both my front and back yards and the result is outstanding! It’s difficult to choose a landscaping company but after checking reviews, looking at pictures and speaking to Marlon I chose Javyn and am very happy I did. Marlon provided a detailed estimate and numerous suggestions, many that I wouldn’t have thought of. It wasn’t easy to get the work done in the midst of COVID-19 either. Javyn was faced with shortages of materials and difficulty hiring staff during the pandemic but Marlon never lost his sense of humour and got the job done. Javyn doesn’t cut corners, in fact they fixed several things that had not been done properly when our house was built. All the work done was above our expectations. Our home now boasts beautiful gardens, artificial grass, a beautiful new retaining wall and patio all with nighttime lighting and a contemporary horizontal fence, it looks so professional and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Javyn Landscaping, you’ve greatly enhanced our property!

When we first had a consultation from Marlon at Javyn Landscaping we was very positive enthusiastic, and came with a lot of his own ideas to add to what we already had in mind for our football field of a back yard. He was, first off, punctual, which we appreciated since we had so many other companies show up late IF they showed up at all. He saw our vision and was then prompt with sending us a quote. He was also very accommodating when we were forced to push our schedule from Spring to Fall and when he did start worked diligently in spite of challenging weather conditions. Needless to say, we are very happy with his work and the way he's transformed our backyard into an oasis.We are now working with Javyn Landscaping on transforming the front of our yard and Marlon has been great in offering up ideas and helping us in the creative process.

I couldn't give Javyn Landscaping anything less than 5 stars. They not only took the time to listen to what we had envisioned, they designed our entire property for Free! We impressed with their prompt response to our first email which was about 12 minutes. They were booked up for quite a while so we did have to wait a bit for them to start. I guess that's the way it is with reputable companies and that's just fine with us because the project turned out amazing! My wife is so happy! Thank you to all at Javyn for their promptness, keeping a very clean job site and their attention to detail! It's a challenge when it comes to finding the right landscaper. You don't know if they are charging you too much, telling you that they can do it for you but end up jeopardizing your yard costing more money in the end, or just not doing the job properly. We ended up choosing Javyn Landscaping and it was the best decision. My husband and I had an initial meeting with Marlon. He was punctual, gave us the detail of what can and needs to be done, and most of all, he provided a good customer service experience. He didn't provide us with an estimate yet as he understands that if the price changes from the initial meeting to when it finally gets on paper, his customers may get overwhelmed by the cost. When we received the quote back, it explained clearly the breakdown of the total cost. We felt Marlon was our guy and we went with Javyn. Being a first time owner with a yard, we were very critical and on top of every detail that was done. There were some instances requiring clarification and Marlon took his time to explain the situation and reassured us that it will be done right. He was also available when you needed to get an answer which gave us the sense of connectivity we wanted, it was like he was there with us every single step up to completion.There were times when only his team came in to work on certain tasks and we saw him coming at night to check on the job. Overall our experience with Marlon, Jacob, and his team was extremely satisfying, we just hope that we could keep it/maintain it as well as they had left it for us. If you are looking to get your yard done by the right team, choose Javyn. Right after our neighbors saw our yard, essentially the whole street now is asking him to do theirs.

Amazing! Professional, prompt and their work is second to none! They helped us design our entire backyard for free! They charged us for the initial design but then reimbursed us once we chose them to do the work. This is something they do for all of their customers. We are so happy with the backyard project they completed for us in 2002. I thought I'd share a photo of the final result! Everyone that comes over comments on the landscaping and asks for their number. Unfortunately they are usually backed up at least 6 months. :-)
