My past experience at the Langley store hasn’t been great. I agree with the other reviewers that the Langley location has cashier staff that seem to be bored/ unhappy to be there. They aren’t very friendly and just want to take your money and have you leave the store ASAP.I stopped going to the Langley store for a long time because of this…UPDATE: June 2023Cashier customer service is still an issue as mentioned in my previous review. Unfriendly and surly cashier again today. I stood there for a good 4mins while the cashier did some paper work (no one else was in line), didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there, not even a “I’ll be right with you”. 1 star removed for poor cashier customer service …. still. Going to take my business someplace else.

AMAZING service!! SUPER helpful!! Prices are good (and worth eVeRy penny rather than dealing with the BiG tool supply stores. KMS Tools does have WiCKeD sales too so keep an eye! Oh, and a big 'thank you' to KMS staff for selling/supporting/teaching me all about Bosch and their batteries.BTW, (((these Bosch 360 Power Boss radio/sub-woofer/surge protector/battery charger/ are indestructible and sound aMaZiNG!!)))

Not as great as it was back when they only had the one location in Coquitlam. However, if you're shopping for tools it is still a much better option than the big box global competition ie, home depot, canadian tire, rona etc. From basic hand tools, to metal lathes, fall arrest systems, positing harnesses, automotive paint supplies, welding supplies, mechanics tools and 3' long wood carving chisels. If they don't have it, chances are nobody else does either.

Our company switched over to the 40v Makita. Kms has been pretty good at providing us fair deals and having a proper invatory. If you have used any of the makita 40v products you know the are so far above the pack, but can be hard to find. They have also been running good promos on them.

Used to love going there friday nights some many cars. the sales staff is great there also so stop by for a visit. i hope the bring back the friday night cars again i love the old Fargo pick up truck

Overall, always one of my go to stores to buy tools. That being said Im only writing this review because of my all time pet peeve of kms. When the items I am purchasing get scanned they are moved further away from the edge of the counter. This makes you need to reach over the table in front of the counter to try and grab your tools. Not a major thing just seems simple enough for the tools to be put back to the edge of the counter so its easy to grab them. Other than that minor detail KMS has always been great to me!

Bought a heated Milwaukee hoodie 250$ from Kms broke in the first 6 months Kms online policy states they return anything that isn’t over a year old. Old sales rep I dealt with was incredible rude and condescending told me it wasn’t there problem to fix and that I was to take it to Milwaukee store.. I’ve been buying tools from KMS for the last 15 years but I will no longer support this company… what a joke.
