Great customer service once again! Got my grandson, who has very difficult fitting issues fitted with a great double width pair of shoes, no tears!!! Always very patient associates at this location!

Friendly and informative staff... Especially the lady with the reddish hair! Wish we got her name. She was super helpful. Hopefully she's recognized for her great knowledge and friendly demeanor! She demystified a lot of questions surrounding the shoe picking process for me and my boyfriend.

Sunday morning the 19th of Dec. The person working at store made my day. Helpfull/ knowledgeable and so pleasant. Her computer froze when checking people out and she was so apologetic for us waiting I couldn't help but laugh. She gets a Gold metal for representing your company

If you have started to take your health seriously like me and regular running is part of the plan, this is a good place to consider. I have been running with the recommended shoes for my flat feet for 100+ km by now and they are just night and day when comparing with my former sneakers. Great service at the store having my shoes ordered online and delivered in no time. Special thanks to Rob for the thorough gait analysis and precise recommendations for my type of foot.

Great select of running shoes and super helpful staff. They really have a different level of expertise and support here than typical sports stores.

Came here to buy a pair of runners for the Wifey & although we didnt end up buying, Kate & Maureen were extremely helpful in finding her the perfect pair! After assessing her gait & asking the right questions,Kate helped us narrow down the right type of shoes with the right kind of support.They really went above & beyond by being transparent about theironline stock/variety rather than other businesses that are out to make a buck.Only wish they carried more colours, but after such customer service I cant lay fault.Needless to say...Highly recommended!

The service was nice. The store did not sell or could order an xl compression stocking. It's a typical size. I rate 2 due to the lack of supply and demand in this store. They could have made a 60$ sale. I didnt see any customers in there. Sucks when a store that promotes healthy legs and feet cannot have a standard size.

Terrible service. Went to this location on Aug 24th at 5:35pm. I entered the store. A woman was at the back of the store. I approached her, pleasantly and notified her that I wanted to get back into running but needed proper support as I’m a heavier male. Without looking at me she said “with 15 minutes left”. I was a little taken back as I entered the store at 5:35pm. I let the comment slide and asked her the process to get fitted to which she replied again “seriously with 15 minutes left”. As a heavier man getting back into an active lifestyle this unwillingness to help was completely degrading. I turned and walked straight out as the attendant pleaded to have me stay as she was “having a bad day”. I can respect that we all can have bad days but this interaction was totally uncalled for. I will not be returning to this location. Wasted more than an hour round trip to get to the so called reputable shoe store. Very disappointed!!!!

The manager (Shannon, I believe) was great. The store was super busy and still she took the time to go through multiple pairs of shoes to find me my new runners. Thank you!

Really friendly staff that did a nice job helping me out. If you want some help picking a shoe, definitely come here. Best shoe store I've been to.
