This particular place has treated me very disrespectful regarding a delivery for Leon’s . Do not use this service as if you do not pick it up ‘at their time limit’ they charge storage fees . Their delivery drops furniture on your driveway despite offers to pay more to put in the house . When an effort to discuss these concerns with the staff and management they have no customer service skills of listening and do not care to rectify concerns and argue that the customer should know better. They also insult Leon’s company and said this happens often with the customers. Misunderstanding is only always customers and Leon’s . Megan and the manager were so rude to me as a customer. I would never deal with them for any of our businesses we own .
