ProResp has been supplying oxygen and the necessary equipment to me for 5 years. All of the people that I have met from ProResp are helpful and amazing to deal with, whether it is on my regular delivery day or for a broken machine in the middle of the night. I absolutely believe the delivery drivers go above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend ProResp for home oxygen therapy needs.

ProResp Hamilton has the best service and response time. The quick response time of the Respiratory Therapist’s has prevented many unnecessary visits to the Emergency Department.Thank you ProResp! Keep up the amazing work, we often get these calls all hours from our palliative/chronic patients you are always there and jumping in to help. What a difference you make in our community.

Very BAD experience today with ProResp Hamilton at Ancaster.I’ve appointment 10 am today, try to get a Bipap machine.I was questioning why 5 min service would charge me $130 plus tax consultation fee. And show 3 evidence bill without the consultation charges for past 4 years .Even I told them I lost my job during COVID hard time .Finally The manager told me I need pay for the consultation fee otherwise I can come to others. I was kicked out as a customer.It’s the iso 9000 qualified Company.They are committed:Ensuring we meet our client clinical and service requirements.But they are doing unreasonable consultation charging: 5 min $130.Please visit them with what they are doing Vs what are they saying!

ProResp's Jim is great with my grandmother and our puppy. He is extremely attentive, hilarious and we can always count on him to be there every week with oxygen and cookies for the dog. Anything that you need, whether it's equipment or info he's got it or he'll find out for you. Jim is the ideal representative for ProResp and I hope they know it.

Since my doctor is located at the Juravinski center in Hamilton, I was given a trial proresp machine to use for a few months before I bought a machine. They are patient with the machine loans that they give out from my experience and they did not even ask me once for a return eventhough i had the machine for about 4 -5 months. I knew that their machines are on the more expensive side from doing a search online but my insurance covered upto 75% of the cost on top of the 70% that was covered by the govt with a prescription. Hence, I knew that it would be cheap for me all the same. The doctor recommended that I go with them too since they invested time in me by loaning me a machine. My experience with them would have been 5 stars if their customer service was a bit better. I have called in and been transferred while on hold to somebody else, not got documentation on time etc. Overall, they are easy to contact, pretty good warranties on the machine and masks etc.

Specialist I saw was great. Until I didnt get a response to my emails about the headgear that had a defect. Waited two weeks to find out that he no longer works there, more turnover apparently. Was told on the phone that a replacement headgear would be ordered.I got called yesterday to pick up. Went in today and was told I had to pay for it despite it being a defect. Apparently the warranty is only 90 days and mine lasted 100, convenient. How is the warranty on something you wear 8 hours a night only 90 days? The staff never advised me of this during either phonecall and just shrugged it off when I mentioned that. Very unimpressed.Will not he returning unless absolutely necessary

I was sent to proresp after having my sleep study at St Joseph's Hospital as they are conveniently located in the clinic. Staff was warm and friendly and available to meet quickly when I stopped by unannounced at a later date.That being said, as a new patient with OSA, I bought my CPAP machine and supplies from proresp with confidence that the hospital was directing me there with my best interest. I purchased a mask and machine from proresp but was distressed to notice once I got home and shopped around for priced that they had charged me $160 more for my nasal mask (they charged $250) compared to several online sites that were easily found with a google search. Proresp had also not had the mask I required in stock and provided me with the female version (they stated the only difference was the colour which was purple instead of the generic blue for men.I quickly discovered that not only was there a colour difference but the head straps are smaller which over the next few days gave me a headache. I went into the St. Joseph's proresp center and the RRT there informed me that they still did not have the male version in stock but that he did deliveries around town 3 times a week and would be able to drop it off at my house. Two weeks later I have still not heard from proresp. I call again and the woman on the phone reassures me that the RRT sam will call me tomorrow (Wednesday) to set up a delivery on Thursday.Thursday I receive a call from Sam at 1500h, stating he is going out for deliveries and asked if I was free this moment. I had just left the house and was unable to come back. Had he given me any notice this would not have been an issue. I asked if Sam would be able to come by later but he said he was done deliveries at 1600h and could not come later.Overall working with proresp just felt like a more difficult process than it should have been and I do not plan on continuing with them any more than is required. I would suggest searching out another company and hoping for better if you're newly diagnosed with apnea.
