I love these arrangements! They are beautifully presented in a bouquet or boxed and the fruit is so fresh and sweet and the chocolate dipped fruit is incredible! I received one from my fiance a couple of years ago and it was amazing! Yesterday my place of work ordred the Peace & Dove" sympathy arrangement for a staff member whose beloved dog passed away. It has beautiful dove shaped fruit! I called in the order to the Steeles branch in Brampton and spoke to Lisa. She was busy taking another order

Do NOT order from this location! Lisa is a horrible human being and a scammer. I placed an order which cost me $150 and it was NOT delivered to the recipient. Lisa told me she tried delivering it and told me several times she left a note for them to come pick it up. When I asked her where she left the note and what information was on it she proceeded to tell me that she did NOT leave a note at their doorstep. She then told me she left me a voicemail, however, my phone does not have voicemail and she lied about the recipients phone going to voicemail and her not being able to reach them. She also told me she emailed me to tell me she was unable to deliver it which was ANOTHER LIE AS I RECIEVED NO EMAIL. I instead got an email saying my order was delivered successfully when it was NOT. When I asked her for a refund or to make the basket again she said she can't do either and that my relatives can come pick up the basket as it was still in her fridge even after telling me that the fruit is now PERISHABLE! When I asked for the customer service number she said that she is the highest authority and that I cannot complain to anybody. After finding the number myself, I called customer service and they were no help. I called corporate office and they were useless and not willing to help me either. Edible arrangements, and specifically this location owned by LISA, takes people's money and doesn't deliver the goods or provide the services they are required to. I hope your business fails and you can eat that perishable fruit basket sitting in your fridge yourself and buy yourself something nice with the $150 you stole from me.

Do not ever in your life order from this location; LISA (if that was your real name) the owner has THEE most abysmal customer service. She calls me at 9:30AM the morning of a scheduled delivery sounding exasperated, basically stating that she does not have any of the items for my platter as described on the website. I asked her if I changed my order to something else, could she throw in a cupcake or brownie as compensation considering I'm not getting what I paid for. She had the WORST attitude; and said no, completely laced in rudeness as if this was my fault. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, she cancelled my order. Her behaviour as the owner was pathetic; terrible customer service and should reconsider her profession. It's too early in the morning for that attitude girl, and working in an industry where you're celebrating happiness you need to find some for yourself. If you don't like your job find a new one.**Just called back the store and a male answered the phone, when she previously lied and said she was the only one working when I had asked to speak with someone else. I asked her when I can expect to receive my refund and she mumbled something and hung up the phone on me**

I've ordered twice from Edible Arrangements in the last few months. I thought I would switch it up a bit for birthday gifts and order these instead of flowers. Ordering online was quick and easy. Its a little pricy but so are flowers. Both of my recipients were so happy with their Birthday Wishtini gifts!! I will be a customer for life!! Highly recommend.

SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS LOCATION. Guys do yourself a favor and order from another location. I ordered a “Large” arrangement. Received something that resembles a “Regular” at best. I called the Steeles location in Brampton, and the woman I spoke with was frantic, rude, and accusing me of being a liar. Literally had to let her know multiple times “I am not calling to argue with you”, I simply wanted to tell her that the order was wrong and to ask her staff going forward to please be more careful when completing and delivering orders. I did not ask for a refund, I did not ask for more fruit to be sent. I simply wanted to make them aware that they made a mistake and going forward to be more conscious of their actions to not upset customers going forward. Since yes, it was upsetting to see my family’s disappointment after attending a funeral and expecting what we ordered to resemble in some form the quantity of fruit that we paid for. The lady on the phone constantly raised her voice at me, although I was calm. She even went as far as to “swear on her mothers grave” which I thought was very distasteful and unprofessional and I told her that was not necessary - especially considering I had just mentioned to her that I was attending a funeral. She got very nasty on the phone with me, and I had to end the conversation by saying “I did not call here to have an argument, I simple ask going forward to please consider the image they advertise online to be more realistic to what they offer”. This employee got aggressive and nasty towards a customer instead of just apologizing for the mistake and correctly adjusting for the next customer. I will never order from this location again, and will recommend others do the same.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Lisa is unpleasant to deal with, a liar and a thief. I had placed an order to be sent to a family members house. I got an email saying that it was delivered successfully but when I asked my family they said they didn’t receive anything. I called Lisa who told me she tried delivering it twice and then left it in front of the house with a note. When I questioned her about where she put the note, she said she didn’t leave a note nor did she deliver the arrangement and that she brought it back to the store with her… why lie to begin with and send an email saying it was delivered successfully when it was not? She said the arrangement is perishable and that she wouldn’t deliver it now as it could have gone bad but that my family could come pick it up if they wanted it.When I asked her if she would eat bad fruit she said no, so why should I ask my family to go pick up bad fruit to eat? She refused to refund me my $150 because she claimed she tried to deliver it. I’ve called my bank and filed a complaint with visa. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lisa is a liar. I hope you enjoy the $150 you stole from me, you thief.

Had an extremely awful experience. I ordered chocolate covered fruits and a bouquet of flowers for mothers day. I went to go pick up my order on my scheduled day for curbside pickup. I called the store multiple times and waited for 40 mins in the parking lot for someone to answer the phone, yet nobody answered. I finally went back to the store after contacting management (though they weren't helpful either) and decided to just go into the store. Nobody was at the front and I had to call to the back to get someone's attention. Once someone finally came, they told me they weren't answering any phone calls as they were busy, yet the poster at the front of the store says to call their number for curbside pickup. I am not sure how they expected costumers to pick up their order. Once I received my order, the bouquet of flowers was 80% dead and limp, and I had to ask for a new bouquet. Overall, quite a terrible experience and definitely won't be purchasing again from them in the future. I advise that nobody orders from this location as well.

Hello,I am currently living in Korea and due to this pandemic my dad has been going through a really rough time. Being so far away and on a different time zone has proven difficult to help keep him in good spirits. My dad really loves fruit and I know he has never had an edible arrangement before. I ordered one from this company in Brampton, on Steeles. I ordered same day delivery and a card. They did such a beautiful job. I ordered the regular size Delicious Celebration. It was so big! The fruit was fresh. My dad continued to rave about the pineapple. He was so happy. He said that he couldn't help himself nor could the other people in the house. They all enjoyed the delicious and beautiful treat right away. It made him smile, it made him happy. It was good to hear him laughing and saying positive things. I really appreciate the effort this company put in to make it beautiful and to provide fresh fruit in such a beautiful display to my dad. Thank you.The image provided is after they had already eaten half of it. You can imagine how big it actually was!Thank you again!

I placed this order July 28th for it to be delivered today and found it odd that the tracking number wasn't showing any progress so I decided to call the store... Lisa tells me she's emailed me and called and left several messages which NEVER happened 0 voicemails 0 emails checked spam and everything! She proceeds to tell me they don't have what I had ordered that's why it wasn't delivered .Lisa was not pleasant and kept saying she had emailed and called when I received NOTHING at all ! The only email i received was from when I made the purchase , she then proceeds to ask me if I want a refund which I obviously said yes to after the terrible customer service and blaitant lies about her emailing me or calling me .When she did the refund I got that email so how is it that i received no voicemails and NO emails that she claimed she sent but received that one ?? Terrible customer service never again
