After 20 years of a previous stylist I was lucky enough to chose Jamie. My color looks beautiful and the cut is just what I wanted. She is a wonderful stylist and a beautiful person.

I absolutely love Body and Sol. I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years and even though I live out of state, I still get my hair cut here!! Annie is the best in the business and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the other stylists.

Awesome place! I had eyebrows waxed and Tracy was great. Super friendly and very professional. She definitely knew what I was looking for.I also had a hair cut from Bailey. She was wonderful and kept me informed during the cutting process and told me why she was cutting the way she was. Very sweet and knowledgeable about the products. She even gave me a color consult while we chatted. I will be going back for that color!

I had a 90 minute massage done here, all I can say is WOW. what an relaxing, calming massage! I even dozed off a little bit!! I forgot my massage therapists name but she did SUCH A GOOD JOB!!! 5 STARS to my massage therapist!! Please make sure you share this review with her! <3

Literally the best massage of my life - thank you Natasha! I have never had a masseuse that listened to me so intently and focus on providing tension relief right where I needed it. My pedicure was wonderful too - beautiful color/coverage and transformed my rough feet. The staff at Body & Sol were delightful to interact with and extremely skilled at their professions. If you’re spending your money on spa services do it here.

I decided to try this Aveda salon because I love their products and know someone who had a great experience there. A few years ago I went to another Aveda salon out of state and had a fabulous experience, so figured they would be similar. I was wrong. I didn't get what I needed. I had the exact same request, deep conditioning treatment and thinning of my thick hair, at my out of state salon and loved it. At this location, the deep conditioning treatment still left my hair feeling coarse and I asked my stylist several times that my hair needed more thinning cause I could feel the thickness. After a few attempts I realized she wasn't getting it, and told her just to move on. When she finished she tried to diffuse dry my hair to keep my curls and 1, she didn't dry it completely, and 2 used no product to protect my hair from the heat. When the service was done, I walked to front to finalize appointment, and she was nowhere around and no one up front asked about service. I know they follow the client's to the front and direct them to registers/up sell products/make next appointment, but nothing. I did email to try to resolve this before I left review, but no reply. I really hope this is a single hiccup in what looked like a very busy and successful salon.

What could be a nicer gift to give yourself or someone else who is spending many Minnesota winter days at home just now? Body and Sol has been one of my go-to places for many years to get spa products for myself or to give as gifts.I’ve bought their essential oils and prefer the lavender eucalyptus fragrances. I have used them on my lightbulbs with an oil diffuser to disperse the fragrance in the room. The Rosemary Mint All Sensitive Body Formula helps to end a workday and prepare for a good night’s sleep. The Aveda Stress Fix is wonderful for unwinding amidst the stressed of COVID-10 and social isolation. They have a men’s skincare line too. A few summers ago, I gave a special man in my life the saving cream and aftershave combo for Father’s Day.My daughter has used their stylists and was very pleased. She did both a haircut and color. Being local residents, it nice to have a beauty salon in Lakeville like this.One of the things we really enjoy doing together is having duel pedicure appointments and share the outing together.Body & Sol has a purchase award plan that makes it easy to save money and still have an exceptional product. The staff is professional, cheerful, and truly knows their products. We like supporting the Avada line because they have lead the industry in being environmentally responsible. The products are not just good for you/me; they respect our land and its natural elements.

I was hesitant to put my virgin hair into the hands of Aveda Body & Sol, but I'm so happy I did!I asked for a buttery blonde balayage and Bailey did a wonderful job! She helped teach me on how to maintain my new hair and talked about her techniques while she did them. It turned out looking natural and, over 4 months later, has grown out even better than when I first got it. The best part was when she put my head in the sink and rinsed out the bleach, the sprayer felt so good on my scalp! When she was shampooing, she gave my head a little massage and it was so relaxing! The whole process took about 3 hours, but it went by quickly.Although the balayage was expensive, hair is an investment and I opted for a more high end option as opposed to a low end option and regretting it. I will definitely be coming back for future hair needs!
