Hancock Gallery

The picture itself is great but the service was horrible. I was at the gallery and the guy was all nice there once I bought something. After that was downhill. Forgot about our order. He was very rude to me. Said it would be ready several times but then it wasn't. I would of cancelled and asked for my money back but it was a gift for my hubby that he was excited for. NEVER AGAIN. Every time I look at the photos I can't even enjoy it cuz I get upset and the bull I had to go through to get it.

Visiting the absolutely beautiful city of St.John's and the province of Newfoundland. Wanted to buy some pictures and paintings of the beautiful local scenery. Our hotel recommended this gallery. I called this gallery when it showed it was open at least 3-5 times. Answering machine asked to leave a message and I did. Drove to the gallery, no answer and neighbour stated his car was not in the driveway so he must be out. I went on Facebook left message and now we are leaving early and its too late to look elsewhere. If he was sick, away on vacation, out of business or what ever he should have at least advise everyone on the answering machine greeting. He could have gone on google and put a notation. He could have at least returned a week of messages. In my opinion there seems to be something going on.When I return to this beautiful province I will avoid this place for sure!!!!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I ordered a 30” x 45” canvas of my photo on 1.5 stretcher bars. Canvas arrived in makeshift packaging. The image was not sharp. The canvas was floppy

Had a photo framed for the office. Received a lot of compliments from visitors.Very pleased with quality of work.

As an anniversary gift my husband had my degrees re-framed so they would look more consistent together on display. Jon met with him and learned what we wanted then delivered exactly that. Simple elegant perfect. I’m very happy!

The tipping points that lead to my 1 star rating were lack of customer service and poor quality control. Beware!
