Very nice staff. Orders were done fairly quick.

Like the rest of the DQs the burgers taste like cardboard, the fries are mediocre, chicken is too crispy and hard, etc. That's every DQ. But this DQ is particularly slow. The longest I waited for a single meal was 20mins. If you got patience and time to waste come to this DQ.

newer location in Rosthern. Great addition to the town.nothing like bringing in people and jobs to a growing community.Good food - normal Dairy Queen Menu. Drive through is good too.Great location next to the highway. Not long wait times either.

The food was great. Good flavour, short wait time, and felt very fresh. Burgers looked exactly like the advertisements.

We ordered Blizzards to eat in. Took close to 15 min before they brought them out to us.

Dash in, had a trainee, did a good job. The food was nothing special. Middle of the road all in all.

Again very disappointed this DQ does not participate in the rewards to redeem points. If you are DQ be universal in your redemptions.

Slow af. Mentioned that the 25 minute wait for a cheeseburger and fries was excessive. Got an apology but no explanation and no effort to make anything right. I very rarely give less than 5 star reviews. This place earned this poor review in a big way. If you're thinking you'll grab a quick bite on the way to the lake, steer clear or you're in for an unpleasant surprise.

If we are honest, leaving a review for a fast food chain restaurant often says more about the critic than it does the food or the experience, and certainly can't be representative of the spectrum of variables said chain restaurant might experience over the course of even a single day, based on any number of outliers beyond the control of an employee of that establishment. Maybe especially when that restaurant is located rural mid-prairie.I entered Dairy Queen in Rosthern at 4:15 pm on Saturday, May 28 2022, as a flux of soccer tournament traffic was exiting the community and descending upon the unassuming restaurant.What I saw while I was waiting slightly-longer-than-average for my fast food were predominantly young employees managing swarming circumstances while still paying critical attention to detail.I saw not one but two employees double and triple-checking the receipt for my family-of-five order to ensure correctness. Someone made multiple trips from behind the counter with my order in hand rather than shouting a number at me across the chaos of hundreds of ravenous 10-year-old soccer players and their parents.This person smiled as they handed me our order, an act which of itself cost them precious extra seconds in the midst of a hangry feeding frenzy.I thought it pertinent to leave these details here because they might seem like minutiae to parties not versed in recognizing their significance, and those parties would miss the genuine work ethic it takes to endure the litany of service-industry abuses one encounters in these positions and still smile when handing someone their order amidst a backdrop of glowering, still-waiting, famished families.I see a few reviews here that protest the length of time it took to receive a fast-food order, thus garnering a low rating. 20 minutes" seems to be a common theme. I cannot speak to those situations and how many simultaneous orders existed
