Great company! Very personable team!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Owning a business myself I know what a bad review does and I would not leave it if I did not feel as though there was a reason warranted. My fiance and I got 3 loads of road crush from this company only to find massive shards of glass, sharp plastic, what looks like crushed up vehicle debris, misc. Debris but mostly all jagged and sharp. Having 3 dogs and owning a business where a lot of families and a lot of little ones on our property this is extremely unacceptable. We have been picking debris out for days. When we tried to get ahold of the company they did not reply until we left a bad review and then immediately got response. We had agreed to take down the review as they were willing to remedy the situation by providing 3 proper loads of road crush, but only after talking over my fiance the entire time and arguing with him about it. We removed the review and thought we had it worked out until arrangements were being made to pick up and he informed us we would need to pick up from a different pit (in Sherwood Park) despite living in Onoway and originally getting it at the pit closest to us. Once my fiance and our operator contact both tried repeatedly to contact them, they blocked both of their numbers and no return contact. Very poor product , very unprofessional and as a business with a large following in the community of Spruce Grove / Stony Plain and Edmonton Area I will be sure to advise anyone and everyone of this so they don't have to deal with this issue also.

We had purchased clay from Rocky West in 2020 without any issues. This fall we received an invoice for concrete disposal, but we would not pay someone else to take our concrete when we have a large concrete recycling operation in Edmonton. We tried to work with Kyler Brown to explain that we had no record of using any services of Rocky West in 2022 and Kyler was unable to give us any information to support the invoiced expenses. We thought the matter was closed, but they sent the invoice to Collections.

Does good work great customer service always try's to please to fullest extent

Does an amazing job goes above and beyond to make his customers happy I would highly recommend rocky west to anyone
