I had a good experience here. I was looking for a good cellphone deal for my husband and they quikly gave me options. The price was reasonable plus they put a screen protector on my phone for free. I really appreciate the gesture! No issues so far- I recommend the try.

Michael and John were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful today when I visited the store to inquire about how to unlock an American cellphone locked to the AT&T network... they let me know the latest process and walked me through the steps to which I followed and called AT&T getting it done free. I think it's impressive that they didn't hustle me into getting it done at their shop. Humble of them and for that, I give major kudos! Based on this experience, I would highly recommend!

Great place to get your screen fixed - called ahead and they had the part in stock, was done in 45 minutes and he threw in a free screen protector! Much more reasonably priced than other places I have been. I will definitely be going back.

With a police clearance and volunteering for crime stoppers, John Gallie at JTG Systems is the real deal for trustworthiness, and provides great service! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my personal cell phone, laptop or computer! Two thumbs up highly recommended :-)

Don't trust these guys, I asked if they could unlock my cell phone so I can recover my data, they took it over a month then I found out they took apart my and now my phone won't stay together. Why would you need to take apart a phone to unlock it? Please explain the thought process. Now I have to pay to have this fixed.Also the phone had zero water damage, it was data locked.

Had an older iPad with battery issues. Called and they were able to tell me they had a battery in stock. Dropped it off, had it repaired the next day. Great job. Great value. My only negative comment is that they are pretty busy (good for them) but each time a new customer comes in, they have to stop what they are doing, so take their time estimates with a grain of salt.

Took my Samsung tab in for a screen replacement. It took almost 2 weeks to get fixed. Apparently the wrong display was sent first.Don't fall for the 60 minute repair, unless they maybe have the part in shock.Other than that, good service and workmanship and price.

Would highly recommend for cell phone repair. Very responsive, and fixed our phone quickly and efficiently while we waited. Went above and beyond and took the extra time to help with setup after fixing, at no additional charge. Super reasonable on pricing. Also very friendly! Definitely going back for any phone repair needs!
