I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Jake’s Roofing on my roof. Jake’s has been in business for many years and in our small community, that is proof enough of the quality of workmanship. Every experience I’ve had with this company has been positive...polite, professional, knowledgeable and ethical. My elderly parents thought they were going to have to redo their roof; Jake came out and looked at it, spent a great deal of time explaining to them what needed to be done and recommended a simple repair. He could easily have told them they needed a new roof and secured a huge job but instead he was fair, honest and patient in explaining the situation. Highly recommended.

Jake’s Roofing did a great job of replacing the flat roof on our Qualicum home. The crew was polite, professional, hard-working and went the “extra mile” identifying issues around the chimney and fixing them at no extra charge. They kept us informed regarding when they could do the work (flat roofs need dry weather!), and followed up afterwards to let us know they were done. The worksite was clean and the place looks great.Finding a company with the tools, training and expertise to do a “Torch-On” roofing application took a bit of looking, but we’re so glad we found Jake’s!

The crew from Jake’s was great to have here, respectful, friendly and super with our dog! They are super busy so it took a bit longer than initially planned but they did an awesome job to the repairs, replacing the roof and new skylites. Very competitively priced as well & Ryan was very responsive and kept us in the loop along the way. Anna in the office is wonderful too! Would highly recommend Jake’s Roofing.

I recently had my roof redone by Jake's Roofing. The re-roof asphalt shingle job on my house & shop. Ryan quoted the job & explained all my questions. The quote was good! It showed all the work to be done, materials needed, it showed the liability insurance coverage of the job, a Work Safe BC cover letter. The workers did an excellent job, fast & efficient they replaced rotten wood as needed, replaced flashings & vents, skylights, and gutter screens. The tear-off & shingle, house & shop was 2 days, they even worked late to finish the job, then cleanup the next day, they even picked the old nails out of the grass with a magnet. Jake's Roofing did a better job, than I would have done myself, in my day!

I now have a curb mounted skylight (replaced the leaky flush mounted - not Jake's skylight) that I don't have to worry about thanks to Jake's Roofing and Duncan for putting it in and Ryan for doing the detailed work on the inside. Very skilled at their job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Stay away from Jake's Roofing.They are unreliable, very, very slow and extremely rude and unprofessional. Jake is only concerned about making a buck.He has no regard for his clients.

They arrived to troubleshoot a leak coming from a soffet on our house, he quickly pinpointed a skylight as the source of the leak, not the roof itself. His visit was initially to do an estimate for a potential roof repair and instead found and helped fix the skylight at no charge. Excellent service, very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
