Just went in to buy a 2 person inflatable kayak. They had the display model up for sale and when asked to purchase I over heard the kind lady who helped me trying to discuss with her manager to sell it but the manager insisted on how annoying" it would be to bring down and looked like everything BUT helpful. At this point I just felt like an annoyance as a customer. The one lady helping me was very polite but the manager seemed to have everything but the stores best interest in mind. Probably will never go back. Definatley don't recommend specifically due to the managers lack of ambition to help."

Big Box Outlet Store - Walnut Grove
What a delightful place to shop! I ordered some dance shoes online for my daughter and had them delivered to this location! I had never heard or been to any Big Box Outlet Store before this time. I took the drive out and couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only did I get the dance shoes for a great deal but found other deals while in store. My friend that came with me loved it as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I have told so many people about this store! I will be back again!

Big Box Outlet Store - Walnut Grove
The E-Com Manager Sigmundt Kappel is one of the best managers I’ve ever had. That being said, the store is depressing being in, and Mark Funk is a bad goof who is like Galen Weston and Darrell from Save-On. He exploits employees for his private yachts and mansions and pays employees barely minimum wage. Be careful applying for a job here if you don’t care about living.

Walked into the store one night last week and was greeted nicely by Crystal and James. Lovely staff who are very polite and good marketing skills. Very welcoming and hardworking. I had a great experience.

This shop is in the northern part of Langley. This shop is very big. Everything is very cheap. The staff is very nice. Some items can be returned within 7 days, and some items can be returned within 14 days.

Bought Airfryer but didn't come with 1 of the trays & no instruction manual. Hubby already destroyed box so unfortunately can't take back. I understand most of their items come from Costco but you would think the merchandise they sell would be complete with all pieces needed.

Big Box Outlet Store - Walnut Grove
I came today to pick specific items and Doug was very helpful and went above and beyond. The moment I walked in the outlet store he greeted me with a big smile and he was holding the exact item I needed. What a timing. He was going to put it somewhere but it ended up in my cart. And then as I go and look for some stuff in the outdoor section. He came again and asked what I was looking for. I told him what it was and he found it for me. He was amazing!

Big Box Outlet Store - Walnut Grove
I visited this location on Friday last week. I was looking for some new clothing items for the upcoming spring weather and was greeted by Dianne and Crystal in woman’s fashion, who were more than willing to help me find what I needed! Both ladies have great customer service skills and i look forward to visiting this location again in the future!
