Have tried for 2 months to reach reception in this office to get the referral date for an eye surgeon - I had lost the info on my old computer when it died. You are not allowed to leave a message either. Also, the eyeglass RX he gave me for glasses was wrong, and now I am stuck with them.

I had a really horrible experience from the last eye doctor, but I'm really thankful that my family doc refered me to Doctor Thomas instead. He is very empathetic, gentle and knowledgeable, and staffs are also super friendly and helpful.
