Greg and the team at Tip Top Nanaimo were phenomenal in getting me ready for my wedding. Greg has an eye and can size you from a glance.Their taste is impeccable and the experience was very fun! He was quick to secure the shirt we needed from another store and had it ordered to my house within a week.Cannot recommend them enough, this is my second time going to them and as long as Greg is there I will continue to return.

I went into Tip Top Tailors in Nanaimo with a BIG request. I needed a high-value low-cost suit for my upcoming wedding. Greg, their endearingly personable Manager, made sure everything was perfect, and then, helped me save enough money in that purchase to also acquire the perfect new suit for my new job in the legal field, for barely more than the price of the first suit. I brought my son in for a prom suit, the store manager was knowledgeable and accommodating and this made the whole experience so great! He took the time to cover all the fine details! I would highly recommend this store, all the associates were all very pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there!

I don't normally complain when I recieve bad service but I can't believe how horribly this store has messed up the suit order for my fiancé's groomsmen. In an order of 8 suits several of them received the wrong suit, wrong colour, and wrong tie/pocket square. Some of them live remotely or in other provinces, so had to travel hours to the nearest Tip Top, then recieved the wrong suit (there's two shades of grey and they never bothered to write down the code or tell it to my partner - they even removed the tags so he wouldn't have the information available on his own suit). After assuring him the process would be easy and he didn't need any colour codes, his groomsmen have all had to call him since the stores had no idea what was going on. He's had to spend hours and hours dealing with this, including taking phone calls at work, and it's been the single most stressful experience of planning our wedding. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager said it's a symbiotic relationship" as if they're doing us some kind of favour. Whatever you do

One of the most delightful customer service experience I have had in many years. Greg knows his stuff and loves his craft and it shows in his personal interaction with the customers. Best experience a customer could have. The service was excellent and helped throughout the process of buying right fit, colour accordingly. A nice, clean, well stocked, Fabulous store! The hamburger lapel pin was very creative. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Lots of good deals to be had.
