Mr. Lube + Tires

I recently had my car's oil changed at Mr. Lube and I was very impressed with their service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they completed the job quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that they checked other important components of my vehicle as well. Overall, I had a great experience at Mr. Lube and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of an oil change. Thank you, Mr. Lube!

I keep coming back to Mr. Lube. service rep Gurteg was very informative and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Their records keep track of my service visits so I don’t need to keep my own history.

I don't think an oil change should cost $166! I miss when I was handed a 'menu' price sheet, a newspaper and offered a coffee or water. None of those pleasantries were offered. $6 shop supplies is BS for the 2 paper towels they use. Charged extra $12 for oil in addition to the oil change, charged extra $18 for a 'special' filter without telling me. Never checked battery or lights (despite saying they checked lights). Set my tire pressure to the wrong pressure without checking with me or the car. Told me the manual says transmission fluid should be changed after 2 years and 50k km (its 90k km). For comparison, the mechanic I usually go to charges $100 for the synthetic oil change.

Absolute nightmare. I went there to change my oil and since I don't have any clue about cars I always trust the technicians there. They change my oil but forgot to secure the bottom engine cover, then I start hearing weird bang noise around the engine area. I thought I broke something and took it to the ford company garage. They checked my car and told me the cover was hanging and luckily there was not a lot of damage and it cost me 200 dollars. I call the manager at this location and told him what happened. He said that he saw the video and everything was done correctly, I proceed to ask him how can he see how tight they put the screw on on the video , he intentionally avoided that question and said he can't do anything. I have to pay 200 dollars for their mistake and they don't even acknowledge that and say sorry. Worst experience ever.

Excellent service. The technician took less than five minutes to spot the reason for the engine light, provided me with very helpful information, and referred me to the appropriate mechanic for the fix.

Gurtej helped me an with an oil change. During the car check he identified some dirty fluids and recommended changing them but was honest that they likely wouldn’t have a significant impact on the car if we didn’t change. I really appreciate the honest and efficient service.

I went for a bulb change, the worker broke the light by mistake, without any problem he said they will order me a full new set and install. They took my phone number and called me to tell the piece arrived. I went and they installed the brand new light with a bulb and I didn’t pay anything for the light they broke. This is the type of great service I was looking for.The worker did not deny the incident, he was honest and he said I broke it and we will order a new one at no charge.That incident made me trust this shop and despite the time wasted in driving back and forth, the service was amazing and I respect there attitude.

After I had my coolant flushed, air filter changed, oil changed this is what I got. A broken cover. I posted my before and after pic so all of you can see.

this is by far the worst place i have ever been for an oil change ,They not only stripped my oil pan without letting me know what they were doing , they told us to get a new one on next oil change and that it was ok for now"They didn't write on the invoice that they broke it to begin with
