Citrus Nail Lounge

I like it here, I come every other month or so. They are efficient and I like the way they do my nails, I just like simple manicures and pedicures. The staff don’t talk much. I only had one bad experience, when I brought my 5 year old they had a very scary show on their TV and she couldn’t handle it. I would speak to staff in the future about that. Otherwise, I like the location and price.

It is lottery who will do your nails. You never know whom you will get. Yesterday I did shellac, today alreday is ruined on 3 nails. I don't even want to go back to get it fixed. Was there a year ago, I was disappointed by their work. Now the same thing! Not coming back for sure! Also, it is very cold inside, so you have to seat in jacket all the time. Not recommend it!!!!

I agree that this is a great place for a quick in and out. I was in a bit of a time crunch and had no worries as they are very expedient. However, with that is a bit of a trade off, its not a 'spa' experience by any means.They still manage to get the job done well, but there's a lot of pushing and pulling and dropping of your limbs. And this last visit I was treated to the 2nd worst foot massage I've ever had in getting my pedicures. That's a pretty low bar considering I've probably had over 100 pedicures over the past 25yrs. So know what you're getting.

Love getting a pedi here - friendly, quiet, thorough service at a reasonable rate. Always happy when I leave.

My mom is in a wheelchair and came to get a manicure here with her granddaughter. The staff Said she couldn’t have her nails done unless she sat in a couch. She’s disabled. No other nail salon has had an issue with this. It’s discrimination at its finest. Making my mom feel embarrassed and ashamed infront of her own granddaughter because of someone’s ignorance. I would never support a business that would treat a disabled person like this.

Couches line the room with a charming chandelier hanging above you. A movie with subtitles plays behind the main counter to keep you entertained while you receive your service. Pedicure is done with a bath bowl brought to you and then you feet are placed on a pedestal (so no mssage chair if that is what you are looking for). Hands are done on a foam pillow on your lap. I had 3 different people work on me but they were all nice and professional. I'd go back.

Worst experience at a nail salon. Customer service is poor and quality very low I got shellac gel on my hands and after three days I had my first nail shellac chipping . I went to fix it .After a week all my nails were damaged due to poor quality of work , so I called in and I was told that they do have 2 weeks warranty. I made an appointment to get my nails fix. After arriving they were not happy to see me and technician start re-doing my nails about quarter of inch above my cuticles .When I ask her why? I was told that my nails for sure grew in 10 days. I was very disappointed but manager did not care much. They did very poor job on my nails as a warranty claim. This is the worst nail place I ever been too.

I heard lots of positive reviews from my friends, so I decided to check it out. I am so happy I did! Citrus is very thorough with covid-19 protocols. They even put your belongings in a plastic bag and spray everything (even the nail polish bottles) after you leave. My nails were exactly what I asked for, and omg THEY DID NOT PEEL. Mind blown! Definitely recommend this nail shop.

If you are looking for a relaxing nail service, don't come here.I booked the combo packages for my daughter and me for my daughter's 10th birthday gift. We arrived at the salon about 8-10 minutes late due to traffic, and as soon as we got there, they started to rush our service. I asked them how come they didn't start with my toes, and the receptionist told me, you only booked for nails. I said no, we booked for the combo; the lady just replied to me that I wasn't the person who booked it. I didn't want to argue with the lady in front of my kid, so I accepted it. They really rushed our service and massaged my daughter very rough. After we picked the colour, the receptionist told me that we usually charge $5 extra with this colour, but because of our mistake, we won't charge you this time. I was thinking: all the colours are in the same basket she gave me, why does only this one need more money? Again, I didn't want to make this a bad experience for my daughter; I remained quiet and thanked the receptionist. In less than 20 minutes, our nails were down, and we got another 5-6 minutes to sit to dry our nails and got asked to leave. If you want to relax, don't come here. If you're looking for something fun and relaxing with your kids, don't come here, as you will be disappointed.
