The last four or five times I’ve been here, the pumps have been out of paper so no receipt is printed and you have to go into the store to get a receipt. In the meantime other customers have come and cut in front of you so you now have to wait forever in the car wash line. I’ll switch to the co-op across the street where the staff aren’t lazy

Carwash is very modern with new equipment but does not do a good job at cleaning. It works like a basic home use pressure washer. Car still looked dirty after the wash. The dry time is also very less. I am not looking at coming to this location again.

Horrible gas station!! As if the gas prices aren't bad enough already.This place will waste customers valuable time with over 3 dollars worth of extremely slow gas pumping... show a little bit more respect to your customers otherwise you won't have any.I will never spend any money at this establishment again.SHELL YOU FAIL BIG TIME!

The cashier was harassing me. Price was high for everything. Made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. And kept on trying to tell me what to do. Pls don't come here, I beg you, go to any other convenience store except here. Please do yourself a favour. Very aggressive workers. The guy working there was in a hurry for nothing. And her was working there on the 6th of September.I will never ever go back to this convenience store again. I wish I could give this place zero starts. Zero star. Everyone pls give this place a one star review I beg you, it'll make my day pls, racist staff. I am black and they discriminated against me. Ruined my day.

I came there to bring in my lotto tickets. I was trying to talk to the girl about what was needed. Not only was she externally rude, she kept being very short and cutting me off. She also had a tone and she said I dont know what you are saying"

Always the service is bad and overpriced gas compared to anywhere else in city. Yet I go there to support local as I live in Chapelle. But enough is enough, yesterday went there, as usual rude and lazy staff (Gur***) didn't want to type in my air miles card and use my AMA membership as it's too much work on a gift card payment and making faces. 4 yrs I have been supporting them regardless of their bad service to our community and getting bashed on our community page. I'm done with this gas station period.

Never had any issue with this location. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the guy this morning, he was smiling and greeted me as soon as I came to the door. It was nice when especially I was having a stressful morning. Thank you, sorry I didn’t get his name.

no sign into that car wash isn’t working. i have to call the store and confirm and he opened door for me to get outside.After several attempts and i made call to know that if they opened car wash or not, they said they closed? i’m having car wash coupons that are going to expire within month. do i get refunded?

I visited this Shell site, with some friends last week. Mr. Randhawa the guy at store was very welcoming, active and very pleasant person. He guided us in details about lottery tickets and some related features. Highly recommend this place and commend Randhawa for his service etiquettes.

First off the car wash is the absolute worst auto wash I’ve ever seen. I have a monthly pass so I go to whatever shell is nearby. The Windermere is always busy so I thought I would try this one. First time it was night so it looked clean I was happy. Second time it was soo dirty on the sides still. Looks like it wasn’t even touched. Very disappointed. As for the pumps. They are very weird. I feel like they don’t put the gas I payed for. First time when I started pumping it went from 0 to 40 cents right away.
