Wow — talk about finding yourself in the hands of a master professional! Don's immense expertise salvaged 20-year-old top notch blinds that came with the condo we purchased. Replacing them would cost a fortune, but cleaning them was risky too. Patiently Don elaborated ion the process and the risks and proposed we use a conservative approach, first do one and then assess if they can be salvaged.Miraculously, he salvaged them all!Every aspect of the service was phenomenal - expertise, collaboration, reliability, timeliness. Highly recommend!

We gave Drapemaster a tough job of cleaning a motorized blind that had resin staining. Don and his staff did a fantastic job and made the blind look good as new. We are very impressed with the great customer service nd work ethic. What a great job. John and Sheila

Incredible customer care. Max was courteous, pleasant to deal with and a true master of his craft. He explained the whole cleaning process to me.My drapes are 30 years old, hadn't been cleaned in years and they were sun damaged. He explained how they could restore my drapes to their former glory. When they can back, they were truly lovely but Maxs true professionalism came when he meticulously hung and rehung the drapes to get them just right for his and my satisfaction. A true master of his craft. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I downsized into a condo a year ago with two stories of windows and old, very dusty fabric vertical blinds. The cost to change the blinds was going to be prohibitive and I started my hunt to find someone who would clean them.It was clear from my early discussions with Don that the team at Drapery Master knew exactly what they were doing.From bringing in custom scaffolding for the takedown and rehang to sourcing a supplier for new valences, Don and Max and the team surpassed my expectations.I highly recommend this company and have recommended them on my condo Facebook group to others in my building.

I am so disappointed… I had three rugs cleaned a year ago then stored them covered well. I took one out the other day to lend to a family member.Since the rug was in the locker so long I recommended a quick cleaning. I was shocked to see the filth that came out of that rug. I paid a very high price to get the three rugs cleaned professionally and then to find out that they had not been cleaned at all.I am so disappointed as I have used the service before for both blinds and area rugs and had no issues! I have no idea what went wrong but I will not be using these folks any more nor would I recommend them. Sorry !

Don and Max are excellent in their work. My drapery has changed to brand new look after washing. Don gave precise and reasonable quote and completed the work on time. No wonder he is getting five stars!!!

Drape master did an incredible job. They made my 12 year old silhouette blinds look brand new. They exceeding my expectations. Both Son and Max were courteous, professional and very helpful. I’ll be using their services again and will recommend them.
