I had my door garage door installed about 8 months ago and now my garage door is making loud creaking noises and I have called repeatedly for them to come and take a look. They say they are busy and will get back to me with no response. I would not recommend this company at all.

these guys are losers. i set up an appointment with the guys for Wednesday so on Wednesday he calls me and says he is on his way and didn't show up then when i called him he told me i didn't deserve an apology for not showing up then he said he would be here Friday and still never showed up. DON'T CALL THESE GUYS CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

Art came and saved us yesterday after our bay door wouldn't open. He was fast, efficient and extremely personable. We would highly recommend Doortech and if our door won't open again they are the first place we will call. Thanks Art!

Couldn’t find anybody in Chilliwack to help me when my garage door was stuck open and I phoned Art who helped me over the phone and did not charge me anything. Thank you so very much for helping me
