My husband and I were traveling from Québec to BC and by accident we put def in the diesel tank at the shell a block from the garage. After starting the truck the engine died right on the side of the highway beside the shell. Not only we had the truck problem but we are pulling a 45ft 5th wheel that both needed to be thowed. He waited for us outside until we could get a throwing and that was almost at 10pm! He had a spot for our 5th wheel on his other property beside the garage. He was very honest about the damage that it could of done on our motor. That was on a Thursday and he Devin said it could take 4 to 5 days to be repaired. The next day we had our truck back on we were back on the road the next day. Devin was professional and very kind to have us stayed on his property. I can't say enough about Devin. He did a great job on the truck and we didn't have anymore issues after! I would highly recommend this garage

Awesome shop! Girlfriend and I were on our way home to Niagara from BC when our brake line blew out. We limped our way from blue lake camp ground which was about 10km away. We showed up without notice and we told Devon our issue. Devon said with confidence, I can do it. We booked another night at blue lake. Devon texted us the night before giving us a time that the car will be done the next day.10/10 service. Kept in touch. Solid price. Life saver ontop of it all. Thanks again!

I called Bay Auto on a Friday night just before closing time. I was headed up north through Vermilion Bay and my check engine light had come on. Devin waited at his shop for over an hour after closing, and ran some tests on my van. Devin was very professional and knowledgeable, and we booked the van to have some sensors replaced. A great overall experience!

Devon has been amazing!We were traveling across Canada to Nova Scotia pulling a trailer when our vehicle started making a noise. We made it to Vermillion Bay Auto Service and he took our vehicle in right away.He not only helped fix our vehicle, but provided us a piece of his land to park our trailer on overnight and even offered to get us stuff for town if we needed.Thank you so much for helping us every way possible..... you sure know how to make out of province people feel welcome.I would recommend this shop to everyone

ABANDONED as far as I could see. Said it was open and no one was around. I know this hurts small business like us but there were no extra numbers to call to ask for assistance. I've changed my rating because the owner responded.

I couldn't possibly say enough great things about Devin and how he helped my family and I!After a complete failure of my travel trailer wheel bearing, Devin had the patience, commitment and resourcefulness to track down all the parts from my old rig and repair everything to better than new. Without all of Devin's hard work and help my trailer would have been scrapped. My family and I are deeply grateful, thank you Devin and Vermillion Bay Auto Service! We're excited for many years of family travels, I wish I was closer for regular service ;)A breakdown is bad luck, but if it happens within striking distance to Devin's shop your luck just changed!!

We were on our way from Alberta to Nova Scotia and noticed a tire on our cargo trailer was about to burst. The mechanic here who runs the shop was able to fit us in and swap out our tire in no time. Needless to say, we made it to Halifax in one piece with the help from this small business that deserves every bit of recognition it can get. Great work, thanks again!
