We can recommend Muse Baskets but five stars are not enough! They were very helpful through the process, which was done on-line. In these times this is very reassuring. We picked out products for a basket to send as a Christmas present and paid for it on-line. Wonderful! We really like the fact that doing it on-line with Muse Baskets meant that you can have positive experience. Check them out, you get the personal touch you do not experience often.

I originally contacted Muse Baskets because they were geographically close to home and I anticipated wanting to add a couple of personal items to the basket. My experience with the first basket was so positive; I ended up using their services twice in September for two different birthdays. Meena couldn’t have been more accommodating in including my extra items and in her intuitive choices for items that weren’t in stock and needed to be substituted. Both baskets were beautifully done up and delivered punctually to addresses in Vancouver. The very specific instructions I gave were followed to a T and I was notified immediately once the delivery was complete. A huge relief having that kind of interaction! A great experience overall. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

I called Muse because I wanted a special basket made for my brother. I didn’t just want a birthday basket for him, I wanted to include treats for my nephews and my sister-in-law as well. They were amazing. They put together sample baskets for me, sent pictures and descriptions, we’re happy to make substitutions and personalized the basket and card for me. They even delivered it for me on his birthday which was a holiday. I am so happy with their service. I will absolutely use Muse Baskets again and highly recommend you give them a try.
