It seems to me that making an online complaint goes into a deep black hole. Do noise complaints- I have one about the building at 1495 west 8th ave, which generates 24/7 mechanical noise pollution. This is new Masonic centre and 18 story tower. The bright spark who designed this building designed it so the mechanical equipment butts up against a heritage residential building and a condo building. The bright folk at City Hall also approved this building. Complaints made to 311 online but Nothing gets done about the situation . Hence the 1 star.

Called in to report a broken parking meter. Dickson, the contact centre agent, was understanding and very quick to a resolution.
