If i could give negative stars...I would. The absolute worst supplier I have dealt with in 4 years in the promotional products business. They took 4 weeks longer than promised to deliver my order despite weekly and finally daily calls and emails. Calls and emails were ignored. When I finally 'caught' someone to answer the phone I was offered only excuses. They quoted me one price, accepted the order, and 5 weeks later (when the order was supposed to be delivered) told me that it could not be manufactured as ordered, but it could be done with another, more expensive, method. My price went up 15%, the order would be 10 weeks instead of 5 and I could not pass any of the increase to my already angry customer. Lose-lose for me. When I expressed my concerns, I was jacked-up verbally by the owner of this company. He called me out for having no compassion! He offered no apology, no remedition and no accommodation on price. When the product was finally complete and ready to ship....they chose the slowest route possible.I purchased custom license plates from this company. I will never order anything from them again.
