MacIsaac & Company were my lawyers regarding a motor vehicle accident that I was in and the injuries I sustained from it. I was really very happy with handing over the reins of my claim to my lawyer which took the pressure off me and who in the end got me a great conclusion to my claim. It allowed me the time to just focus on getting better. Thank you so much.

Had to seriously downgrade my previous rating. Was very disappointed in my overall experience with this company. Extremely poor communication - updates on my case only happened if I requested them, sometimes even 8 months or more of silence. So much more that could have been done, and in a much shorter timeframe. Took 3 times longer to settle my case than I was originally told. No assistance was given or medical rights explained even though they knew my injuries prevented me from getting that info myself.Second star given only because they were at least friendly and did end up settling the case without a trial. Eventually.I will be recommending my friends go elsewhere.

Show up to work and do your job and quit asking me numbers I don't understand or why. I think you should be at at work and easy to find 5days at a week. No slacking at home

As of Aug 12 I am 3 years in with an icbc case where I was t-boned - flipped and left with a moderate concussion and over 7 months off work due to it . My lawyer left part way through and they transferred me to another and i only found out AFTER. That lawyer reached out once telling me that we are moving forward.. that was last year ! I've reached out since and ZERO communication or replies in regards to my case. I'll be looking for another firm to take it over soon.
