A complete embarrassing mess .. Ranking 368 out of 370 according to the World Bank for efficiency, this is a total disaster... it also has a massive destructive effect on the delicate eco-system in Vancouver to which the Port of Vancouver has repeatedly shown zero care or consideration for ... a grossly irresponsible company concerned only with making money and their self serving interests ...a despicable company all around ..
