Not very flexible hours, not very friendly, did not show me issues with the home up front as they were discovered but rather photos afterward (while still on the property) When he disclosed an outside crack in the foundation, I asked where it is, he did not take me to it but rather pointed in the general direction (from the inside the house). It felt very rushed at the end as the home owners were pressing to return so I was feeling a little uncertain. Because of the rush, he started going over the report with my realtor & showing her how to read the report (shouldn’t he have waited to do that with me? Even if we had to step outside or have a quick call later??) He did say to let him know if I had any questions. When I contacted him to express my concerns about how it all went and ask if he would go over the report with me to fully understand everything, he seemed quite offended and more concerned that I was unhappy with “his services”, repeating to me he is “one of the best in the city”, rather than addressing my concerns with empathy. I repeatedly told him I was not saying his services were bad but rather I would like to arrange a time to go over everything in the report. He still seemed more offended than anything, again telling how great he is….. I was given a very small window for a call and when I counter offered a time due to my busy schedule, he ghosted me completely.. Left me surprised and disappointed, considering other ratings and comments I had seen. I’ve since noticed issues (albeit small) that were not in the report that I think should have been mentioned. I will not be recommending this inspector to anyone I know.

Howard is very detailed and thorough. Explained everything in the report. His online report was easy to follow (had great information, resources, tips, and any items that needed attention) Answered all questions. Very professional and friendly. Reasonably priced. It is no wonder why so many people have given him a 5* rating. We would definitely use him again.

Not only did Howard put together a very thorough inspection report, he also included additional details and diagrams to explain the concepts and his recommendations clearly! He tagged all our water shutoff valves so we know which ones to turn off in the winter and added labels to our furnace and humidifier. Great service!

Completely blown away by how Amazing Howard was with our home inspection. He was able to fit us in, within a very short time frame and gave us an extremely detailed report. Howard went over absolutely everything in the inspection and explained how to fix the problem and how to maintain it for the future as well.
