after my experience for one year with my daughter with we-watch daycare stoney creek i want to thank you my providerUrvashi Sharma she is the best provider i deals it. she is treat your kids like her kids you will feel safe and you will go to work or to college and you know your kids under best hand i told that after my experience. Thank you sharma and i recommended her for any one need home daycare.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of weewatch and I get sent back and forth to each office the same I guess is happening for a lot of people

A terrible experience, I would never recommend this company! Paid for a month in advance to have 25.5 hours of care total. The first provider kept texting me after an hour asking what she should do when my child cries. He was there for 2 days for 4 hours total. Another provider was found who was even more terrible hyping herself up that she had handled “special needs” children and children others could not handle. The longest my son ever got to stay was 4 hours, we allowed time to transition and it seems like she just wanted easy no fuss children. Daycare was new to us and this whole experience was atrocious. Everything went downhill when a Wee Watch representative visited the provider. The provider was very cold and negative after that occurred. My child was soaked in urine with no diaper change. I asked the provider why and her response was oh he did not want to. No diaper change in 4 hours and his clothes were completely soaked! The provider put him in a highchair where the table top does not come off which he is way too big for and upon my arrival asked me how to get him out as he was stuck! My son cried in the process as it was hurting him to get him out of the highchair. The Wee Watch rep was actually very friendly but I suspect the provider potentially got in trouble for not caring for my child properly. The rep left me a voicemail stating my son was crying while she was there but she comforted him with his giraffe. Why did the provider not try to comfort him? My son got sick that night so he was sick on the weekend and missed 3 days. Upon his return one hour later I was texted “I am not able to care”, “it’s all so hurd for me”. As a result I picked up my son, they sent me to a new provider who did not understand English well and had her daughter translate and speak to me. I would absolutely never recommend this company! I am so happy with the provider I found on my own, completely different experience and actually cares about kids.**The response is a not true of Wee Watch not being notified, I emailed Wee Watch and have proof and was not responded to.

Be careful and stay on top of this company if you plan to use them.I submitted my application for daycare April 2021 for March 2022. I was contacted by Wee Watch shortly after my submission and was told I would be contacted 6 weeks prior to required start date. I followed up beginning of Jan where they said they would be contacting match applicants by last week of January. By end of Jan NO CONTACT so I reached out again. this time I was told they couldn't find my application and I will have to reapply. Now there is no providers in Hamilton Avaiable for March 2022.I keep getting passed back and forth between offices and somehow the stoneycreek office figured out my original application went to the Hamilton office (which is my home area office). This means they HAD my original application but never contacted me. I have left multiple emails/voicemail for someone to call me to explain what is going on and NOBODY has reachout- terrible customer service.It sucks because it's a great way to find a home daycare but the company doesn't seem to care how much stress it's causing a 1st time mom to find her child the right placement.JUST BE ONTOP OF THEM!

My son has been with WeeWatch under the care of Sumaira for 2 years now. We absolutely love Sumaira and her entire family! Our son looks forward to daycare everyday and we couldn’t be happier!
