Polite and friendly people. New and clean restaurant.Foods are not relay amazing and not sure why.Usually whopper burgers are thick and juicy, but this one which we tried was very dry, and like cheap frozen ones.Onion rings and Fries were fresh and tasty.

Its bk that being said far better then the sea island location butWhat sets this place apart is I think it's the assistant manager or manager but he's absolutely amazing always smiles and honestly makes going such a enjoyable experience.Plus I've seen him go above and beyond for kids that come in withParentsLegit good job

I had a Whopper and a fish burger. Both were extremely well done but I mean as they were very good. Both sandwiches were distinct and fresh.

We orderee two impossible burgers yesterday. The patties were colder than usual but we still had them. We got upset stomachs and are now sick. Maybe they weren't cooked properly. Will never go back here. So irresponsible about customer’s health. Stay away from this one.

TERRIBLE service. I waited in front of the register for a good 10 minutes and the two staff even had eye contact with me, but didn't even bother greeting me or saying I will be with you in a second". I left since they made it obvious that they didn't need my business

Came in today at 9:05 pm. Location closes at 11:00 pm however BK App states restaurant is closed and Google states hours to 9:00 pm. Hours not listed on store entrance. Friendly staff stated that restaurant closes at 11:00 pm. She said she would mention this to management....

After what seemed an intentional 9 minute wait for my burger and cheezy bites (only 2 other people were in the restaurant and none had orders pending when I placed my order), I was appalled to find a huge lump in my burger (it was a large lettuce core that would be unimaginably an oversight). My food was ordered eat in, but served in a To-Go bag with no tray.Perhaps they didn't approve of my choice of value options, and meant to discourage me from doing so in the future?Very disappointed. I feel targeted, and will not be returning for food, here.

Honestly the food was ok, but I’m giving 2 stars mostly because of how rude and unprofessional the workers were. I was in the front to get my order taken, but had to wait because the two workers infront were to busy talking with each other. I made full eye contact with both of them and smiled but they just turned their heads back and continued talking and laughing and I know it wasn’t an important conversation too because they were both smiling and leaning on the counter. When one of them finally approached my order, she was giving me attitude as if I was the rude one who interrupted their conversation.

Everyone makes mistakes and I could forgive that. But how the mistake is addressed speaks loudly about the business. We ordered for dine-in their heavily advertized Jalapeño Cheesy Bites and bit into dried cheese on the inside. We showed it to the manager who began to stonewall us, by telling us that's how they should be, despite a large picture in the lobby and on the menu board showing molten centres. After some haggling, she did **very unhappily** replace the order. This time, they came out perfect. But I did not appreciate her attitude, her long face, plus no apologies. I would have given five stars if she had simply smiled and said, Sorry
