I got a bent rim repaired. I was kind of skeptical about the price because it looked like it's a quick job. But with the an explanation about the work that was done and seeing the final product, I was convinced that it was well worth it.

To: anyone contemplating doing business with this company.... DO IT!!! As someone who was looking to get my BRAND NEW car's rims powder coated from the Silver to the Satin Black only days after I picked it up, you could only imagine how nervous I was to put my trust in someone to provide this service and return my vehicle in the same conditions it was delivered in. The owner - Dickson, went above and beyond to gain my trust and I am now a loyal costumer. Not only did he make himself continuously available to book me in, he took his time to reassure me he has worked on these exact models and knew his way around an electric vehicle (completely different ball game when it comes to even jacking up a car due to battery on the under carriage). Dickson was also very accommodating with my work schedule drop off/pick up and we did our best to work together. I also beat the season rush which allowed me to have my vehicle back within less than 48hrs!! That was huge since I was so eager to drive my new car. All these details aside, I think the results of the finished product speak for themselves. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. I am a huge fan of quality work but really wanted to speak to the level of customer service I had the pleasure of experiencing here. Again, if you're thinking of doing business here, DO IT.

Amazing people and great service. I hit the curb and damaged my alloy rim. I contacted them via email and Dickson responded back within minutes with a quote. I brought it to them the same day. the advised me it would take 4 to 5 days. I picked up my tire and rim today. looks like a brand new rim. great work and highly recommended.

I contacted Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of Ottawa to inquire about repair to a damaged aluminum polished rim for my F150. In speaking with them I actually decided on having them do the repair but powder coating them black. The result was awesome, price was amazing and the folks there were really professional and helpful. Definitely would recommend this company!
