Very thorough and helpful. We have had my husband's wedding ring resized my wedding band fixed and a diamond reset into a new band. They are always helpful and have lots of insight and suggestions. The on-site goldsmith even came out to offer his expertise. Milli kept me up to date with the progress of all transactions and was more than willing to keep our jewelry safe until we can get back into town to get them.Very reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with!

Great service! Heinrichs was the only jewelers willing to custom make me something and to do it in a reasonable timeline with a heck of a good price. There was a small mistake made which Heinrichs took full responsibility for and was able to fix the issue without any delay. So happy I stopped by! Thanks Heinrichs!

I have been married for 36 years and wanted to redesign my ring. I chose Heinrichs because not only are they a long time local jeweler but I felt I could trust that they would take care of my diamond. I met Roxanne who I had a instant connection with. She knew exactly what my vision was. She is extremely personable and knowable and she was excited for me. My experience at Heinrichs and with Roxanne was top knotch. I am enjoying my new ring. It truly has brought more sparkle to my life.

I recently had a custom engagement ring and wedding band made at Heinrichs. I worked with Milli, which was a very good experience. Before choosing, I shopped around at the other jewelry stores in Saskatoon and Heinrichs was the most eager to help and seemed most capable of making my idea work. I wanted a very specific custom design and they went back and forth and provided 3D models and revisions of the rings for approval. The idea went from a drawing on a notepad to something which was easier to see and tweak which was very helpful. The ring was made quickly in their store in Saskatoon, not ordered from overseas. I found the price reasonable and I would use them again for the service. The finished product turned out perfectly and very high quality.

I had a great experience at Heinrichs thanks to Miguel. He is professional and very knowledgeable. I needed my watch fixed and wasn’t able to find a place to help me. Miguel knew what was required to fix my watch right away. And when the work was done it looked as if I just bought it. I highly recommend Miguel if you have any issues with your watch.

This place was great to me. Milli sent reminders to me but didn’t spam my emails. She was patient and kind. I was able to come to you and Heinrichs was willing to take my gold and deduct the price. Unfortunately I was told they could use it to make the custom ring but it didn’t end up working out. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Thank you.
