The food at Gusto never disappoints! This review is about the incredible service I received after a mishap with an online order. I was extremely impressed with how it was handled. The two gentleman I dealt with were very professional and went over and above to ensure I was happy.. I will continue to support Gusto and will recommend them to anyone who will listen :)

It was late afternoon and very quiet. We received great service and the food was delicious!!We ordered calamari and a pizza, both were really tasty. Great selection in the bar as well.I can see that this would be a busy and popular spot at lunch and during events!

Went to Gusto North for early dinner on a Friday. First off, the patio was lovely. The best part of the night. And the food looked quite good presentation wise. But, the food only tasted ok". Thirty bucks is a lot for a somewhat small portion of bolognese pasta that tasted fairly average. The service was pretty bad. Our server kept forgetting about us. We kept grabbing her attention. Once got up and went inside asking her to come to our table after waiting 15-20 minutes after saying she said she'd be right back to take our order. Asked for a dessert menu later but that didn't come for another 20-25 minutes. Very frustrating. And the place wasn't really busy so I'm not sure what was going on. We just settled our bill quickly and left to go elsewhere. But

Had lunch at Gusto North for my Daughter's Birthday. As per usual, everything was amazing. Service was great! Food was amazing! Thanks for making a special day for her!

Best pizza I’ve had! The restaurant has a huge outdoor area which did not have many people. Service was a bit slow to show up to the table to get our drink order but was otherwise good. Split 2 pizzas, both were the best two pizzas I’ve ever had.

Food, is just comercial, north American Italian food. Not original Italian food.The waitress so judge about our order, she didn't have manners about set up the plates or silverware.The balcony is nice...That's all.I really don't think in come back here and I do not recommend this place.

I will preface this by saying always enjoy Pizzeria Gusto on Academy. This was actually a bad experience where the server and staff was amazing and it was the food that was lacklustre unfortunately. The panelle was crispy and good but flavourless and the polpete meatballs were good - but the sauce was cold. We had the l’accemedia pizza which was ultra tasty - but also came cold. Server brought us a second order of meatballs and it was warm and tasty. We didn’t dare return the pizza - I have a rule of no 2 returns - but wanted to. Thank god pizza is good cold! Great people overall but maybe some gaps in the kitchen.

Fantastic experience. Great service. Great staff, great space, and great food. They even fixed something for me and made me a new meal without charge just to give me the experience I was wanting.A+
