We had a great experience with our pool build.Gino was very professional. He was on budget and if anything finished the project ahead of schedule. He works very hard, when he is on site there is no down down. He moves at a very fast and efficient place. Overall we are very happy how things turned out and have no hesitation recommending him.

I am not an easy person to please and have high expectations. I had heard so many nightmare stories about having a pool put in and was extremely nervous about it. When I first met Gino I thought mhmmmm as he seemed a bit direct and blunt and my communication styles was like Oh no...but he had come so highly recommended that I decided to go with him. I could not have been happier. Gino did exactly what he said he would do, when he would do it and his level of professionalism left me feeling astonished. I did not give him the go ahead until early June as that is when I took possession of the house and when he said he would have me swimming by middle of July I thought yep sure...but he did. I was so worried about the concrete as it is was important to me to get the colour and style right for my space. He really seemed to hear me and the concrete finisher he recommended was amazing. The excavation company he used, the electrician and in particular the gas fitted Venom Plumbing was amazing. The guy from Venom plumbing even helped me out twice with nothing to do with the pool build and did not even charge me like really in 2019 this is so not usual. I had an automatic cover fitted and was a little worried at the end of the year when he put the winter cover on as I thought oh no my concrete might get cracks in it. Wrong, Gino, even although the pool was fully paid for and only had a balance for the winter cover owing gave it the same attention to detail as he did the rest of my pool build, did an immaculate job. If ever you want to see a small pool, with an automatic cover, please do not hesitate to contact Gino and he can arrange with me for you to come and see one that he has put in and I will be happy to confirm to you all I have written here. Gino and Oasis Pools is the best pool builder in Kelowna, I have no doubt whatsover about that. Highly recommended.

I knew from the first conversation I had with Gino that if his price was anywhere near the competition I wanted him to build our pool. His price ended up being the best so the decision was easy and we couldn’t have ended up happier. We honestly can’t think of anything we wish was done better, his attention to detail is incredible. He does everything himself so there’s no worry about inexperienced staff or lack of quality control. Our pool and concrete work turned out better than we ever could’ve imagined and everything was on budget and on time. Gino is one guy from start to finish that we were lucky to work worth. From helping us build the pool of our dreams and being flexible with the changes we made along the way he made our pool experience construction the BEST a person could want.
