Kelsey was amazing through the whole process of me switching insurance over to excalibur. I will admit I definitely kept her on her toes with purchasing a new vehicle unexpectedly and lots of questions. But she had a new quote over to me and responded to all my emails super quickly! She also used plain language so I knew what to expect with my policy. My rates are cheaper, the people are nice and they sent me a little welcome pack when I joined. I don't know what else I could ask for, would recommend.
