I got my acrylic nails done for the first time and was very disappointed in the results. They did not get the gel up to my cuticle and my nails were very uneven. A few days after I got them done, one of my nails popped right off. I do not recommend their services.

Booked an appointment in advance. Showed up ten minutes early before my appointment and when they open and they tell me I have to wait because they don’t have staff available.Disappointed. What’s the point for appointments then.

Their service has by far been the worst I've ever come across. They overcharge and under work. The lady didn't even shape my nails properly. I was very disappointed and would not recommend.

Two days later the solar fill if lifting off two of my nails. Has fallen completely off the other.Glitter Nail gel is uneven. Messy on the sides of all nails. Glitter gel doesn't cover old clear gel. I asked for one thing and was told it wouldn't look good, so it wasn't done. Not one nail is the same length as the others. Don't plan on going back. Not worth the money. I left with gel all over my fingers not just my nails.

Extremely disappointed with the experience I had today. The staff are tricksters and liars. Typical place that tells you the extra charges after they’re done with the job. One of the women had the nerve to tell me that “nothing is for free”. I was not even asking for my money back, I was simply providing them feedback to stop lying to their customers. I’m more than willing to pay for a good set of nails when I’m aware of what I’m paying for. Please read all the negative comments below, I just had the same experience. They tell you one thing in the beginning, and they do a bunch of stuff and expect you to pay for it in the end. No transparency, not a good business practice. The staff was rude and ignorant, don’t go here girls! Boycott!

It was expensive and I didn’t really like the result. It’s disappointing. Surely the ladies know the procedure but the outcome isn’t worth the price. It’s unattractive!

My daughter and I went in and got are toes done. Pedicure and polish. It cost $123.00. They up sale you and not tell you that it is an added cost. I was asked if I wanted polish and yes it is summertime but they charged me an extra $25 each to get polish done. This is crazy. Stay way from Regal nails.

I have always used Regal in any city or town I lived in or visited. So , new to town and thought I would try out the Regal in Airdrie.It was not a good experience and I won’t be back.It was filthy. Everything I saw and everywhere I looked it was dirty. I felt instantly uncomfortable.Pedicure was rushed and not the friendliest service.

All I asked was for my current nails to be taken off. She made some fingers bleed from the drill and also cut so short that my fingers hurt at the tip. Left plenty of my acrylics on and pain from previous. At the end she didn’t even dust off the residue she just put oil on my nails and then Slapped my hands when she finished

I had a very bad experience there. I had gel nails done and by the end of the first day they started looking really bad. As if there was air under the shelac that she put on top which I didn't ask for by the way. I tried going there to get it fixed but was informed that the lady went on holiday for a week and if someone else fixes my nails I would be charged. Now I have to wait a whole week with horrible nails. She was also very rough and my fingers still hurt so I'm not looking forward to going there to fix anything . Probably will not bother and go somewhere else. What a horrible place . I wish I read all the reviews before going there. No wonder tney are never busy . They also tell you one price and do more things and charge you for it. She literally started waxing my eyebrows without me agreeing to it . I was in shock! Stay clear from this place. If there was no star option I would give them 0.
