A serene, cozy, inviting studio. Offers well-instructed classes with a nice balance of comfort vs challenge, exercise vs relaxation. Great instructors that pay attention to the students and their skill levels. Highly recommend!

I used to teach at Vernon Yoga but I have been away from okanagan for about two years now. I was back visiting this summer and managed to get in for a couple classes. It was so amazing to see smiling faces who remembered my classes and ask about where life has taken me. This place is my jam, I felt excited and at peace, strong and delightfully wrung out by the end of my visit. I also love that I didn’t have to find parking a couple blocks away:) the things we take for granted... haha. Love you Vernon Yoga!!!

7 years ago I walked into Vernon Yoga having never attended a yoga class before and I was hooked! The instructors are amazing and make the space comfortable for those who are new to yoga as well as those who have practiced for years. They are passionate about what they do and why they do it. The prices are affordable, there's lots of parking and there's always a great group of fellow yogis to practice along side with.
